Fun range. Has just about everything you’d need for a range trip. They sell targets and ammo and will supply ear/eye pro & a staple gun if needed. All you need to bring is your firearm and driver’s license to sign up if you’re new. Spent all morning on the rifle range zeroing some new optics and enjoyed being able to shoot targets from 25-550yds. Nowhere else near Bakersfield offers such a variety of targets at different distances to test yourself & your rifle and let’s be honest. Banging steel is just fun. Staff was great. They walk all new members through the rules and different ranges and answer any questions you may have. You can ask them to set up your targets and they’ll make sure the range is clear and safe before anyone walks down range. It’s hot in the summer so bring some shade. I was there for a few hours and my rifles got pretty hot in the sun. Had a blast though. Definitely worth the drive. Can’t wait to go back.

A good place to practice shooting. It was fun doing target practice with the clays and steel targets. Personally I'm out of practice with my shooting, but it was fun doing target practice and watching others shoot clays. Staff is great and everyone on the range minds their own business.

This range is out in the middle of BFE CA. That said, it’s a good outdoor rifle, shotgun and pistol/revolver range. Many different options for shooting targets and zeroing in your scope. Staff is friendly and helpful but strict on safety. The only drawback is its location.

Friendly people and great prices. The only problem is that there is very little when it comes to options to shoot at. A few metal targets and some cardboard at the end of the range, but it's pretty basic. There needs to be more options.

They have very rude employees and they have very poor targets and 1 million rules that don't have nothing to do with safety. I guess being the only local outdoor range we are forced to go but if you have another legal place then go.
