Le pire shooting range de los Angeles et sûrement de tout les états-unis. J'ai tirer dans la plupart des états américain mais je n'ai jamais était autant deçu. Premièrement aucune informations sur les prix, nous étions 2 mais ne pouvons avoir qu'une arme et qu'une ligne donc attendre chacun son tour ,autrement dit nul. Un choix vraiment médiocre d'arme de poing et encore pire de fusil semi automatique . Les prix sont ahurisants 98 dollars pour 2 armes de poing (un 9mm et un .45) 50 cartouche de chaque ou dans d'autres shooting range c'est environ 10 dollars la location de l'arme plus 14-18 dollars pour les 50 cartouches . Fuyez cet établissement si vous n'y êtes pas membre et diriger vous plutôt vers des range plus "touristique' comme le "los angeles shooting club" . Clou du spectacle il oublie de nous rendre nos 2 ID donc faisons demi tour de 25 km pour les récupérer . Seul bon point, le parking. Voilà vous savez tout bon séjour à los Angeles.

The Firing Line was awesome. They have full facilities for the veteran shooter to anyone who would like to learn safe and proper shooting.

The crew there is friendly and very helpful. I had a great time target shooting.

If you are interested in learning how to shoot. The Firing Line is an excellent option.

Came here right after picking up a brand new handgun at a store down the street and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Getting into a lane was an easy process (waiver to fill out) and they have an assortment of paper targets to buy for cheap, or you can bring your own.

They also sell some gear and have rentals but I wasn’t paying too much attention to all that.

You can provide your own ammo but they will check it. Cost for the lane wasn’t expensive and I would definitely come here again.

Came here with my boyfriend as first timers to this specific location. We usually go to one in Van Nuys. The guy who helped us here, Sam, was extremely rude. When we told him we were first timers he did almost like a laugh and said “okay so you’ve never been here before and you didn’t bring your own stuff” like why does that matter? Don’t you want our service? His service condescending tone and comments were unnecessary and unprofessional. We will never come back here again and we will let others know about how rude the staff is here. Sam you treated us like we were first time shooters and had no idea what we were doing. Consider not judging people next time. I see there’s other reviews with his name. I hope the owner can see this and get himself some new employees. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOOTING RANGE. Find yourself another one with better reviews.

I called to inquire about coming in as a new shooter and was given wait times and rates. When I arrived, we were informed that we wouldn’t be able to use the range if we’ve never shot before. Nowhere on the website does it mention that, nor did the assistant on the phone mention to me. We drive 45 minutes just to be turned away. What a disappointment! Communication would be helpful, this business needs to practice that concept instead of wasting people’s time.

Best range. Nice people attend, nice people manage it. They have rentals and ammo for sale but dont hassle you if you bring your own. Its very safe, the rangemaster is always watching and if anything goes wrong they immediately communicate with whomever needs to be reminded of the rules, or they come and fix whatever problem may occur. I would bring a first time shooter here for training, of any reasonable age. The absolute gold standard for ranges in Los Angeles. Highly recommend doing all your indoor shooting here

I was a member at the location that closed in Northridge a while back. I’ve shot thousands of rounds at that range alone and figured going to the Burbank location wouldn’t be any different. If you want to be treated with respect ask for Keith. There is this other dude with a southern accent that’s completely condescending and looking for a fight. So much so even, I thought about just walking out after doing the fire arm safety test but my trigger finger was itching bad. Thanks to the dude who told me to “go fetch” the snap cap after failing to belittle me and have me feeling stupid like new shooters. Pro tip. There are other ranges in California with rifle lanes (up to 308.) You guys aren’t special and barley even relevant anymore, it was the convenience. Wanting to get into an argument with a rude staff member who has a chip on his shoulder is definitely not. Look up oak tree gun club or smoking barrel. Me personally will probably never go here again, maybe the one in H.B. Legitimately have spent thousands of dollars at your dinky little range and you can’t train staff to not want to pick fights? To the dude with the twangy south west accent please. Do yourself a favor and take a trip to east side Long Beach, Compton or what have you. We’ll see if you just thought you could be that way with me or everyone. Personally even if I was a new shooter or a new anything, someone explaining how to do something like a jerk tends to turn a lot of people off to the subject. Talking to people like dogs in this state won’t get you very far either.? P.S. I spent $200 to shoot 100 rounds out of 2 of the most gunked up 9mm’s I’ve ever fired. Pathetic... get staff that aren’t looking for fights please.
Pretty sad when the place that you pretty much learned to be proficient with any firearm they had there at the northridge location just to see less of the original staff at Burbank and the new employees treating you like an idiot even as an avid shooter. He says “can you properly unload a fire arm?” I said “what platform do you want me to do?” Country boy jerk “” walks away..

No gun range in California is that great due to the strict laws anyway but the atmosphere use to at least always be chill and educational
Either you guys just forgot how to care

Enjoyed a fun afternoon at Firing Line with my relatives. We brought our own guns but used FL's ammo. Location has a basic setup with the necessary features. Variety of target printouts for sale at decent prices. Range itself is dated and could use some treatment to reduce the noise level, but overall it is fine and does the job. I'd go back if I was in the area again.
