I joined the TraXtion family in December of 2023. In my short time here, I have loved being part of such a vibrant and wonderful organization. The team is working hard for our customers and for each other. They even put up with my slight obsession, I mean passion about Bruce Springsteen. it feels good to have a new work home that makes me feel valued and heard. We are "rolling" along and would love for other great teammates to join the fun.

This company seems to have a lot of issues with employment and recruitment, but also had a lot of issues trying to get answers out of their customer service. They explained they weren’t allowed to do certain things at their level, so I asked to speak with a manager and the manager was clearly incompetent. Will not being doing business with a company with issues from down on up.

So first of all I had an interview with the recruiter who's Name was Anna K. Velasquez for a customer support representative position at this company and she liked the experience that I had on my resume and moved me forward to the first interview which was with a guy named Jesse Jackson who was the customer support manager and he seemed nice as well and I explained to him what my previous job experiences were and he seemed like he was impressed by it so he moved me on to the final interview. Now this is when things got kind of weird because everyone at this point seemed like they were at least mildly impressed by my previous job experiences and I was even shown around the company by Jesse Jackson and he was explaining to me what my job tasks would be and everything, so at this point I felt as though the interview was going to go smoothly However as I was seated at their conference room a guy named Hank Layton shows up who was supposedly the director of onboarding and it just kind of seemed like he was looking for a reason to reject me right off the bat because as soon as I shook his hand he was holding a copy of my resume and briefly looked at it and then put it down and he had this look of annoyance for some reason as he put the resume down and throughout the interview he had this kind of judgmental look as if he was trying to intimidate me. I went into the interview expecting there to be technical questions about Helpdesk support or customer support just as the job description and Job title had described and out of nowhere the Hank Layton guy starts asking me about Network administration type questions. Now keep in mind that according to their Job description that they had posted on LinkedIn there is literally nowhere that mentions that you have to have network administration experience but despite being unprepared for what he was asking me. I answered most of his questions correctly except for one. Keep in mind that the technical questions he was asking me were very trivial like for example he would ask me what is DHCP, what is DNS, what is Ping. All of these types of questions are very silly in my opinion to ask because these are things that anyone with internet connection could easily search up and find the answer to. In my opinion if an interviewer starts asking these multiple choice type question like your taking an exam then its a pretty good sign that you probably don't want to work for these people anyway because if they really cared about finding a suitable candidate then they would value your previous customer experience or your service desk experience rather then your trivial technical knowledge about network administration which once again the job description never even mentioned. If a company values your trivial technical knowledge over your people skills and your problem solving skills then I would suggest that the company build a robot to do their job. So once again I must recap that Hank Layton ended up asking me network administration questions which had absolutely nothing to do with the Job description which by the way I got all the questions that he asked me correct except for when he asked me a question that had to do with using a Tracert command, Now keep in mind that I was actually trying to remember the definition of a Tracert command in front of him and as he noticed me struggling to remember he started chuckling at me with this laugh that gave me the vibe that he had some sort of superiority complex or something. I explained to him that I had never used this command before in a real life work environment but he ended up cutting the interview short just off that one question that you can easily google. Now another thing to keep in mind is that I was trying very hard to let him know what I do have experience in but unfortunately even that led to no avail. Now the final nail in the coffin of what made this Job interview so bad was the pay that they were offering. The pay is extremely low for what their demanding. But I am glad I got rejected by these guys because I found something way better.

I have worked here for the past month. I had seen the first comment it has nothing to do with our product or the integrity of the company. This group is the most upbeat and lovely group of people to work around. The environment is always positive and you've always have back up whenever you need it.

The interview process was 100% NOT like the one below.

I had a phone screening with Ms. Woolley late last week and everything was fine. She knew the company history, she seemed passionate about the product they sell. I spoke with her again today and once again she was nice to talk to. Not sure what's up with the previous comment. A job is always yours to lose. I guess we will see on Wednesday.

To whom it may,
I had a phone screen this morning with Krystal Woolley. That did not go well at all..
The interview time was at 9a.m CST. Ms. Woolley reached out at 9:18a.m. As the phone screen started Ms. Woolley talk indirectly about the company then asked, what do you want to be when you grow up? I felt this to be insulting. Considering my age (35). But as a great sport, I answered. I made her aware that I was obtaining my BBA in management. And before I finished my goals. She insults me again, by stating that she received she BBA and she's only 30. And told me that's it's never to late. Indicating that I'm old I guess. As the phone screen continued Ms. Woolley started now speaking about the company. She talked about how well diverse the company is but in a sense of adoption from different countries but everyone doesn't play together type of thing. She mentioned Congo as like. Okay, we have blacks working here! (Rude). Maybe this part should've been left as the many "departments" the company has.
She went on to try to tell me about the company but mumbled and unable to catch a sentence showing product knowledge. You know the interview is bad when after five minutes to still don't know what the job duties are and have to ask. NOT GOOD. Last, I asked what was the base pay. She stated $12 to $16hrly. I explained to Ms. Woolley that for the position. I will except no less then $15.50hrly. Based on my last position doing the same thing without experience in merchant services and two days of training. Coming out as one of the top three preformers. And having over 5 years call center experience. That's what I was paid. She tells me. Oh no! Your no going to get that, you not going to come close to that amount, that amount is for people that has experience in auto. But I don't discuss that over the phone. But it want be the $15.50...
How rude!!!!! I hung up...... Small company, HR has no knowledge! And the location has No sign.... I'll pass. I'm worth no less than $15.50+ SORRY and based on she knowledge. I bet training sucks!!
