Very nice hotel with each staff very very co operative and customer friendly.
Lot of options for banquets.
Awesome food taste. Just refilling of food to be improved a bit.
Rooms should have drawer/compartments in closet.
Reaching and coming back can be an issue as location very far from city but travel desk available at hotel outsourced with economic charges.

Firstly about Rooms, little old but okay and about neatness some cockroaches are found in the bed, Particularly room No 404.

Secondly Service, May I tell room service is okay and about Restaurant we had Buffet lunch, they removed all items without finishing our lunch. But had a good dinner with variety of food. Overall taste was good.

Thirdly Location: It was a awesome time with greenery and Carnival lightings.

RFC is so beautiful during the night time. Though we are locals of Hyderabad, we chose to stay here. Such a nice place to stay. Very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location plenty of areas to go for walks and enjoy the scenery! The hospitality team was very kind and helpful during my stay as a foreigner.

Rooms are cleaned very well, the doors aren't fully noise proof though but overall a very lovely and comfortable stay!

I came on an occasion of my relatives on 25,26 and 27th of November. The hotel was very very luxurious with outstanding food. The room service was the best. Even though there were many families coming and going, the workers doing work nonstop, they were very cool and happy to do the service. One of the best hotels I have visited is the Sitara Luxury Hotel.

Stayed here for a night with my son. The staff and service were exceptional. Right from front desk, the attendants who help with valet parking and moving your luggage, to the sevice staff who guide on the attractions and activities. The restaurant ambience is awesome and so is the service of the staff. We were lucky to have an east facing room. The view of sunrise with mountains around it was just too good. Actoss the board, the staff at all places in Ramoji film city were super courteous. Would love to visit again.
