Stopped here by chance for a tire rotation and Mario helped me out. It’s a nice clean near tire shop. They also use a lift to raise the cars instead of a jack which I prefer. Much more stable and safe for both parties. Definitely coming back for new tires

Yesterday I brought my 2010 Honda Civic to Tire Central to get new tires installed. I had purchased the tires elsewhere, but I later found out that Tire Central actually sells tires as well—so I could have saved myself the hassle! The staff was incredibly professional and efficient, and they had my tires installed quickly. They were also friendly and knowledgeable, making sure everything was done right. My car drives perfectly now. I highly recommend Tire Central for anyone needing tire services, and next time I’ll definitely be buying the tires directly from them.

Great guys, great service and definitely very helpful.

Came in to get some new rims installed, and my tires swapped over to them. The price was great. I ended up getting a wobble at highway speeds but it turned out that one of the wheels had fix a flat in it. The original tire used to be on the rear so it wasn't noticeable, but was switched to the front during the install, which made the issue peak its head in. Took it back to them and they identified the issue quickly and got me back on the road for no additional charge. Would def come back again - in fact, I'll be purchasing some new tires from them next month.

Just picked up my keys after bringing in my truck cause of a nail in the tire. Still absolutely shocked at how fast they work here and fixed my issue. Coming back for sure if I need to!

So I recommended someone to get their tires replaced by you guys. They went back to have the lug nuts rechecked/retightened after it was driven more than 50 miles and you guys gave her the bs that it was not needed because it was only tire change and not wheel change. What kind of crap is that? Your company lawyer has the lug nut retighten verbiage on the invoice/contract for a reason, whoever sent the lady away who came in for that is putting the company in major liability.

Like one other reviewer wrote, the tires were economical and the staff was really nice at one time (a long time ago). The last two times that I bought tires from them, including this past week, the customer service and "friendliness" were all a means to end$$$.

Unfortunately, one of my tires blew out last week near their shop and I had to get my car active again ASAP. I didn't want to go back, but time was of the essence. When I first arrived, no one was in the office and I walked out to check around. After asking a mechanic, he pointed out Alan who I walked near a few times while I was searching for someone. He never said anything to be helpful. Later, with my car towed onto the lot, he ended up helping a bunch of other people first even though I arrived before them and was waiting for him while he chatted up another customer for a few minutes.

The worst part is that I bought more expensive tires due to a rebate offer...but it turns out that the model I purchased doesn't qualify! Every comment he made about the rebate seemed to confirm that my purchase would qualify. My optometrists in the past were way more reliable and informed by telling me what a rebate did or didn't cover. ?

I also overheard him talking to another customer in a tone like she was some child that needed to know her boundaries. Her request wasn't unreasonable and even if they're busy, he could have been kinder.

One extra star for a quick turnaround on installing the tires...or maybe that's not a good sign...? ha. ?

I won't be going back ever again and will take the loss on the rebate because I simply don't want to engage with people who have a "whatever" attitude.
