Chris is great! Super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The shop is unique and cozy. Plan to stay for a couple hours because you might get caught up picking his brain or just bsing. It’s easy to support local with a place like this.

I can't recommend the Archery Box highly enough! Chris and his family transformed my limited bow experience into pure confidence. Their professionalism, expertise, and patience made me feel welcome, even with my 8-year-old son in tow.
Chris got my bow season-ready in no time, and their state-of-the-art hunting simulator is a game-changer. Thanks to them, both my son and I are excited to dive into this sport. This is a pro shop that truly cares, and they've earned my loyalty for years to come!

Do yourself a favour and go here! Archery is a journey and Chris is very knowledgeable on how to meet you where you are at. Tuned my bow perfectly and took the time to explain the process. Highly recommended!

Was looking to get back into compound bow archery after a 30 yr break, found a package bow I wanted and searched for a local supplier. That’s how I found The Archery Box and Chris.

Like to support local business and while I like Cabelas, they don’t carry the level of bow I was looking for.

Ordering was swift and easy, once in we set up a pick up. Got to see his super store and setup outside Ponoka. Once there Chris was super helpful even with a guy who’d never used a release before. Got everything set up, did some test shots and encouraged me to contact him anytime if I had questions.

That’s the type of relationship that builds long-term customers. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend.

Chris at the archery box is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable! After a year and a half of taking my bow to shops to get it fixed, Chris spent close to 3 hours with me one evening, going through everything on my bow making sure it was good. He ended up catching a few things that other shops missed or put on my bow incorrectly. After that, and him noticing my grip wasn’t 100% he gave some pointers and now my bow is shooting laser beams again. Thanks so much Chris! Definitely recommend Chris for any tune ups, new bows or accessories if you need!
