I asked him to put on some accessories on my vz58. Was very surprised that he called me back early the next day to tell me it was done. Seemed good till I got it home and realised that pistol grip was crooked, did really rough sloppy unfinished grinding on the side mount, and the bolt was so stiff it wouldn't feed from the mag at all. Called me up explained very politely the problems with the rifle and he said no problem and I took it back to him and we tried trouble shooting trying to figure out the problems, he straightened the grip but cause he didn't stand it at all it still didn't fit right. He did nothing to try and fix his rough work from before. He gave up trying to fix the stiff bolt and said it ok it's not the reason it wont feed. From looking at another rifle of mine same kinda rifle he wanted to sand down 2mm from the magazine weld and the or the mags needed work to fix it where i disagreed cause i believed it was the spring. With him disagreeing I suggested he remove the new parts and see if it would make any difference and some parts he ended up braking. I came back a second time to have my mag release wasn't working properly. It seemed to me he really didn't now anything about semi autos and after him dropping my rifle on the concrete floor and him even loading a dump round into a mag backwards I desided I was just going to find a second option from another gunsmith. Despite all the problems I desided to only ask for half my money back from the $200 I gave him cause I did spend a lot of time on it to where I said no and that should be paying him more cause he apparently spent 6 hours on it and that my rifle was already broking when I gave it to him. For 5-10 mins we had a low level argument about everything. Being late at night I gave up trying to make sense to him and left. At home I discovered it was only the spring that was giving it feeding problems. So not only am I out $200 with a not working rifle cause and have to buy new parts to replace the ones he broke. Is he good at working with accurate hunting type rifle? Seems to be from the other comments. but from the I saw with my semi auto rifle I can recommend anything from him. All I can say is dont with this thief that will steal your money and do a s@#t job. And btw to his sad msg saying Im blackmailing him I never
threatened that I would post a bad review if I didn't get my money back that would be blackmail. Also his reply makes no sense. Didn't even mention the grip or the part he messed up with the grinder😂

Had some work done on my rifle today, and picked up today from Alexander. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service he had provided. This guy definitely is confident about what he knows, says and does. His service is reasonably priced, quick and professional. Lots of good advises, very friendly and just a great gunsmith guy overall. Thank you Alexander will come again for sure. Highly recommend.

He had my rifle installed muzzle brake and mounted scope. He managed to scratch my rifle and scope. He forgot to bore sight the scope. But the scope was properly installed. The muzzle brake was installed properly too. He works out of his house and he does not like to take appointments. He always asks to call him half an hour before heading out to him and see if he is home or not. His prices were average.

Alex did a very good job on my gun. It wasn't cheep, but Reliable and Italian asked way more. Very friendly, knowledgeable and timely service. I would defiantly recommend Alex to anyone who needs a solid, quality work.

Don't waste you times with this place. Called multiple times to order a new bolt for my rifle. Every time I was hung up on.

If it was such an emergency why did you answer the phone? Why not just let voice-mail pick up the call? Your answer doesn't pass the smell test.

I brought in my hunting rifle to get a new crown. I was impressed with the final product. It has impressed my friends who were around guns all their life as well.
