Ordered once from them before, had a mediocre experience, but my stuff showed up. Called to ask about having some work done on a handgun, and Leigh was nothing short of an absolute clown. He's since quit, but I could care less, this place is garbage.

I bought a barrel and it worked perfectly in my rifle. They also took care of the paperwork to change the status of it from R to NR. For that I'm happy.

I was not impressed that I was told it would take a week and ended up taking 2 months. I also had to keep calling to get updates and the only way I found out it was ready was by calling them.

A mixed review but overall I appreciate that they made the barrel and it did what I needed.

Trigger polishing Job (AKA:Trigger Job) costed me $100.
I called after the weekend asking about ETA, guy tells me its a side job most probably will take 1 to 2 weeks. I was going to ask if you were to build me a gun or to do a trigger job to lighten the trigger pull?
When I was called two days after, guy says the job is done! I asked what is the trigger pull now after the work that has been done on it. Guy answers "NO IDEA", just please come and pick it up.
I asked if the spring kit was fitted for the gun, Guys answers its not compatible.
Well guess what? I just went and bought the same kit from your shop which you said was not compatible and fitted it tonight. I already told you I have both shadow 1 and Jericho and I did a swap the other day and it worked! guys says spring length is not the same... I hope you know that length has nothing to do with resistance buddy! I just did not have the patient to talk to you anymore today, you will see why. And guess what! the trigger job you charged us for did not change the trigger pull at all! We got a trigger gauge and tested it before and after your trigger job. NO CHANGE AT ALL.

Fitted a dovetail sight which i gave you to do, guess what? it will not clear the rear slide and go lower to zero the sights. As a professional you should have caught that and not fit it. I asked on the spot if you can just take it off and put on the original one, he says he is more interested in clearing up and getting of work at 3 pm on a Friday, told me to come AGAIN next week or he can do it now as a hack job with no promises it will be ok. After that I just ran as fast as I can out of that store.

So what I got at the end of this was a rear sight that is not adjustable that i spent 100 plus taxes for you to install. Took 2 days off work to your store for BLOODY NOTHING.

I lived in Europe for 20 years, I even consider myself an European, I hope you are not European, because it really brings shame to European quality.
Two days off work to go to your shop and $100 bucks for a rear sight that is useless.

Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. Worst customer service I've received from a store in the firearms industry.

I wanted to order a barrel conversion for a bren and had asked if I was able to pre-pay the retailer to order the restricted item for me so they can ship it directly to them. Restricted transfers take forever in my province and wanted to speed up the transfer since business to business is alot quicker. The place I wanted to order from offered free shipping to dlask. Leigh made it sound like what I was asking for was sooo complicated and that it wasn't worth his time. Nothing is free, I get that. I was willing to pay up to $500 extra for this request but instead he was more worried about complaining how busy he is instead of finding a solution or just telling me what it would have cost.

Poor attitude in forums as well.

Yes, you offer a product that is unique. This doesn't automatically give you the right to provide bad customer service.

You are not doing us a favour out of the goodness of your heart. We pay you for your service and in return YOU profit from it.

I ended up spending more money through another dealer in Alberta for what I wanted and they had fantastic service.
