Bought few guns last January. Had issues with a mossberg 930 sluggster jamming. Al said he’d send it for warrenty. He did nothing. Jerked me around for almost 3 months. Said his buddy fixed. Nope. Still jamming. If he had sent it , shipping covered by mossberg. Cost him nothing. Sent it my self in April. Got it back they said it worked. Didn’t try it till month ago. Still jams. Not as bad. Wolverine are currently working on it hopefully get it back in time for deer season. Al’ was very very disappointing after spending 3500$+ for 3 guns. Never again

I have never personally been to the store. This past year I was looking for a specific muzzleloader and could not find one anywhere in Canada. Al's had one in stock and offered to ship it to me in London. It shipped promptly and the whole experience was great.

Good service. I ordered a couple of items off their website.

The one small item turned out to be out of stock. So they emailed me to let me know it would be about 1 week before they had it back in stock.

So they shipped the first part of my order, and then shipped the 2nd part of my order came in the next week, they shipped that out to me at no extra cost to me.

It was nice of them to eat that extra shipping cost rather than make me wait for my first item so they could ship it all out together.

I should also mention that they did give me the option of returning my money for the out of stock item, or swapping it for a similar item. So all 3 options they offered were fair or more than fair options due to the website stock error.
