I want to take this opportunity to congratulate your Mildmay service department on their hard work and the awesome customer service experience they create. I recently acquired a used compact tractor (a brand is not one you carry) and needed service. I could not get any response or help from the brand dealer so I thought I would call Johan and see if he could help (he usually helps me set up service for my Cub Cadet mower that I bought from you). Not only did he set me up for service, but he personally followed up later to discuss the oil being used and confirm the other items I wanted done to make sure it would be done correctly.

I know I am a tiny customer compared to some of the folks you generally deal with, but I sure don't feel that way when I call there! The work that I get done is always done correctly and efficiently.
