We recently purchased a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Jerry Pfeil Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and it was hands down the BEST car-buying experience we’ve ever had!

Phill was an absolute gentleman and a true professional. Out of all the dealerships we visited, he stood out by being the most cooperative, accommodating, and easy to work with.

Vanessa and the whole team went above and beyond to make the process seamless and enjoyable. No pressure. No tactics. Just genuine, high-quality service and information.

Phill was very helpful with picking the parts I wanted.
And Vennesa was great at negotiating the financing.
But their Mechanics messed up installing the tonneau cover. I had leaking right from the first day. I took it to the place they purchased the tonneau cover from. and had it reinstalled in order to have the problem corrected.

I did not find the overall experience to be positive. While the price of the vehicle was fair, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired.
First was that the vehicle was not readily available as advertised. While this was acknowledged in the beginning no effort was made to try and have the vehicle ready sooner.
Next was the salesman. I could list many things but I will focus on the pertinent ones. First is he was dishonest. When signing to pick up the vehicle, bank draft already printed out, going over the list of fees he informed me that I had previously agreed to a tire protection fee. This was a lie.
Secondly, when going over the vehicles features he directed me to you tube as he sells Rams and not Fords.
Finally was his overall demeanour. Unprofessional language was frequent, and I was a little surprised to see him vape during the walk around. Lastly was when negotiating the price. When no reduction of any sort was available, I asked for one free oil change. This was met with annoyance and something to the effect of “will this hold up the deal on your end if we say no?”
Overall our experience with the salesman was unsatisfactory.

Had a very good experience with servicing a work van. Another mechanic improperly diagnosed the problem, doing $1,500 in work for it to fail again the next day. Towed it here and even though they were booked full until next week they managed to fit it in and find a wiring issue. They even called back next day to refund $50 they accidentally overcharged.

purchased a BRAND NEW ram 3500 from this sorry excuse for a dealership back early nov 2022.

it lasted 6 whole days and a hair over 10000kms on the clock before the transmission died and left me stranded on the highway. now if youre reading this in the future today is june 2, 2023 now 7 months since my truck went into the dealership to be repaired. i still do not have the truck back. the dealership doesnt call in to check in on the status of said truck no instead this dealership calls me and asks why i havent brought it back for the first oil change/service.

it took 3 months of fighting with head office before i was given a rental and kyle my salesman at the time was of absolutely zero help from the start even when trying to purchase the truck the finance lady was infinitely more helpful then he was.

if i could give zero stars i would. dont buy from this dealer and if given the option id stay away from the brand entirely as head office is just as helpful

Small town feel, upfront and honest... this is not a big fancy dealership, but the cars are the same, I honestly felt that I was treated fairly and given a fair price for the new car and my trade. I am very critical of car dealerships, but this little gem of a dealership really came through with its nostalgic like charm, great selection and personalized service. We laughed, we joked around, and I felt I got a GREAT deal on a new truck!

Update: Picked up my new truck today... WOW Kyle, Caroline, Jerry and Adam were awesome (sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman behind the parts counter). I could not be happier with my new truck and the smooth process. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the past 40 years that I have been driving, and this purchase was the BEST!!!

My hats off to you at Jerry Pfeil!

Okay, so, how cool and down to earth is Kyle? So knowledgeable, so easy to deal with and uber pleasant! I saw the truck I wanted based on colour. Kyle took one look at my trade in and realized I wouldn't be satisfied with the lack of bells and whistles on the truck I was looking at, so he immediately went out and grabbed me a different truck (same colour) with the bells and whistles he instinctively knew I would want. End result - sold! Easiest transaction ever! Shoutout to Caroline who made the financing process smooth and pain free.

Highly recommend this dealership!! They actually care about you, not the sale. 100%

Brought my new to me Jeep renegade last Friday and we are very happy with how smoothly everything went. Salesperson Kyle was great to deal with and helped us with everything we asked about. Caroline in the finance department was very helpful as well. This is a dealership that I did not know about prior to this but would recommend it to others.
