The store has really good prices but most of all they have absolutely top of the line customer service. I had Julien help me with my order and I cannot say enough good things, absolutely top notch quality service and for something so small that some places wouldn’t even bother replying to you about, he had personally reached out to me on his own to address it about my order. To me customer service matter more than prices, selection, or anything else, and for that reason when ever I need something rangeview will be my first stop. Thank you Julien for amazing customer service

Great place for your local gun shop needs. Friendly knowledgeable staff that is egger to hep you out when needed. The shop is well organized with the products that you need. They tend to have great deals with excellent grade items from time to time.

Parking 🅿️ is excellent as you park in the main parking lot where the other shops are as well.

Made an on line order in the evening and than tried to cancel it within minutes and also sent an email. Was unable, and than tried calling them as soon as they opened. They refused to give me a full return and kept a healthy amount. Apparently is is part of there policy that you can find if you search hard enough in thier fine print on the website.

The store had an online sale, and I was waiting to see if I should buy a beretta 1301. I was in the middle of a move, and when I decided to pull the trigger, the sale ended. I contacted the company and they were more than happy to give me the sale price. Because of the move, the online store wouldn't take my credit card. The company worked with me until I got everything Set up. They still gave me the sale price and sent the shotgun with no problems. Fantastic customer service and from a former veteran i will definitely be doing more business with this company.

If not for there reasonable prices, I would not have traveled from over a hour away to there store. There customer service for most parts, (not all there counter staff) is lacking.
Bought a new rifle from there recently and was about to purchase a scope at the same time, but the staff I was dealing with, did not seem to interested in answering my questions or getting out a few scopes to examine. Calling and leaving a message or emailing will get no response to any questions or requests. Has happened multiple times.
While attempting to purchase a scope, the young associate was more interested in playing on his phone.
Need to say,that G4C sold me a long range scope that afternoon.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a riffle and when it showed up it had damage on the barrel. I contacted Dean and he asked for some photos. I sent him photos and he told me to contact Stoeger Canada. A fellow at Stoeger said these riffles don’t leave the manufacturer damaged so he said Rangeview probably sent me a display model. He then told me I can start a warranty claim and it “might” be covered but I would have to pay for shipping. If I was Tikka I sure wouldn’t want either of these companies representing my product. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen. Nobody is willing to take responsibility and help me out. Now I have to try and repair the barrel out of my own pocket. Absolutely disappointed with both business especially Dean at Rangeview.
