Absolutely terrible, $4800.00 worth the work done and can’t even ensure bolts are tight and not rounded? Apparently I was made aware! Maybe about the transmission pan bolts he’ll I wasn’t even mentioned about the pan put on until after 😂 and the attitude I got when I arrived this morning from Service manager Al Sheppard “What do you want” “well book it in and we will tighten them” absolutely pathetic, joke of a service room Canadian tire has better service 😂 maybe get new management that doesn’t throw papers at you when you make a mistake as an employee as well or yell at you! Again. Pathetic

Great customer service and super easy to deal with and communicate with. By far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Will 100% go back and buy another vehicle from them. Both Greg and Katie were amazing at communicating the next steps with getting the vehicle and I found I was never left in the dark during the buying process like I have been with other dealerships.

Absolutely disgusted with these con artists. Will sell you a truck in a heartbeat. Try buying 5 from these guys specifically. But when it comes to quality in the service department, you might aswell take it to the high school shop. They will admit fault on their part, and decline to fix it. My truck went in and didn’t even make it to Trent river. They laugh it off after admitting technician fault. We will never have our vehicles serviced here again or be buying another Ram vehicle. Expect quality back yard mechanic type service out of this hole!

The dealers principal and I discussed and offered me to bring it in to resolve a major issue.
