Have many new winter clothes coming out .
I like them so much keep me so warm in the rain 🌧️ day and cold weather the coat and bottom is very useful light weight and air breeze

I was very disappointed by my experience at the Park Royal location.

I came in to return and Atom jacket that I received for Christmas. I told the staff that I was returning it because I wanted to order a different jacket online that they did not have in store. The staff refunded the money onto the original credit card BEFORE asking me. I did not have a chance to say that I was hoping to get a gift card so I could, in the future purchase the different jacket when it was in stock.

As I said, I received the jacket as a gift for Christmas and the money was refunded to the person who gifted me the jacket. I will not be seeing this person for quite some time and therefore will not be able to order the jacket that I would like.

Essentially because the staff did not communicate effectively I now do not have either of the jackets. They just said, "sorry, there is nothing we can do. The funds have already been returned and it is automatic."

I feel like I was ripped off and had to walk away with nothing. I would have rather have kept the jacket and tried to resell it so I could use that money to go towards the jacket that I was hoping to purchase. This is a very unfortunate experience, the staff did not seem very apologetic.

I recently had a frustrating experience dealing with customer service regarding a tax refund related to my Indigenous status. Given that the store is located on Indigenous land, I felt deeply saddened and offended by the initial interaction. However, that all changed when John, the manager, stepped in. He was exceptionally kind, approachable, and resolved the issue in a way that left me feeling far more satisfied than any $117 refund could have.

This is customer service at its finest—10/10. I will be sharing this positive experience at a higher level.

went here to buy my boyfriend a jacket. we were looking for a specific one and colour. without any help from the employees who are walking/standing around and chatting with each other, we found the right jacket. sadly they didn't have his size (still no employee had come to help us) so we looked for a similar jacket to see what the size would feel like on. finally a worker talked to us. so i asked when they would have the jacket we wanted in in more sizes. he said probably next week, understandably. I asked if its possible that they put one aside for us when they got more in stock as we were set on that jacket. Employee outright said no, giving no other solutions other than for us to come in another time and 'see if we have any'. I then asked if we could order the jacket in his size in store while we were there, since I wanted to use my status card for the tax exemption of being on first nations land. employee responded with 'no, we dont do that'. seeing as almost every single store at park royal and in general do in store purchases that can be shipped in, i was very surprised with the lack of communication and solutions by this employee. Employee continued to just stand there offering no other than the words 'we just dont do that'. very disappointed by this visit. my boyfriend and i come here frequently to buy base layers and are now turned off to the idea of coming back to this brand.

Most of the staff are awesome. Amazing clothes and service. The manager she’s rude. I would go to any other location downtown kits Metrotown are better. I don’t understand being difficult with clients

Today, the zipper of my jacket was broken. I went to the Arc’teryx store, and Mr. Miles quickly fixed it for me. Arc’teryx is an excellent company, and I truly appreciate their help.
