Park and Tilford has changed over the years but not really. The stores may change but in general it has everything a person needs in one place. Groceries, clothing, coffee, snacks, meals, pet supplies, cannabis, liquor, and more. The gem of P&T though is the gardens; they've always been a great way to spend a lunch break or lazy afternoon and it's obvious they are kept with love and care. Overall, a great shopping location that serves a large portion of the district and city of North Van.

I love Park & Tilford! It’s definitely worth looking up the historical information on this location. The Park and Tilford Distilleries first opened in the spring of 1957, with onsite distilling operations and storage facilities occupying approximately 24 acres. The distillery was located one half mile west of the Second Narrows bridge on Cotton Road (now known as Main St.) I grew up in the Moodyville area and loved going down to Park & Tilford for fresh bakery items. Now as an adult, I find it a very handy place to go. There is grocery, liquor, store, coffee, pharmacy, and pet stores, and more. The actual gardens are still there and are really nice adventure in Summer Spring or winter to walk-through with the kids. Definitely recommend it.

There is a variety of places to shop at and do things in this location. It is near the gardens.

Unique area and ample parking in the different lots. From groceries, bakery, alcohol, clothing, coffee fix, meal, to getting medical attention, it has just about everything you need in a single stop.

Every time you drive in to the parking lot, your car will probably need a four wheel alignment due to the aggressive speed bumps

Acquaint little mall with most everything you need and last time I was there they had a trombone player busking so I also enjoyed the culture

Decent shopping center. Has a good spectrum of stuff, my favourite newest addition is the BC Cannabis store. Catch me there or one of the coffee shops. 😏
