Your better off doing whatever work you need done yourself. You'll have better luck cause these people don't even answer you back or any of your questions. Hands down the worst customer service ever. Literally go anywhere else.

Really positive experience, Eileen and Larry were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and great to chat with. I had a rear sight that I broke 5+ torx bits trying to get off. I stopped in over the lunch hour and they were able to assist in getting the bolt free and install the new sight. Plan to shop and take any future work needed here in the future.

The lady I spoke with was super helpful, I saw alot of nice stuff on the shelves that I didn't see online, got some great advice and a gun lubricant that smells like bananas and will likely double as deodorant in the summer months

Very negative experience! I brought my shotgun in to have a Picatinny rail mounted. Instead of trying to find a solution the old man behind the counter just shook his head for 20 minutes and told me all the reasons it couldn't be done. He eventually just walked away. So I went to a different gunsmith who's response to my request was a simple "sure I can do that" and he had it ready for me the next day. Needless to say, he got my business.

One of the oldest gunstores in the city. They are geared more towards hunting rifles. The older man in the back is a knowledgeable guy. The lady at the front is a very friendly lady, very knowledgeable of firearms.

Gentleman made selling my deceased father's rifles an even sadder occasion. The pricing had nothing to do with it, just very much felt like a cold transaction.
