Excellent ! After having a bad experience at a local dance studio we switched to ice skating. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is gorgeous and all the employees from the front desk to the instructors are extremely professional. Highly recommended!

Update: my son enjoyed his classes and did the learn to play hockey program. He's now playing in the in house league and having a blast. It can still be a little overwhelming for some but there's plenty of friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Website was a bit tough to navigate but staff over the phone knew their information and at the facility they were prepared as well. A little overwhelming for first timers (finding the right rink and section) as it is a bit crowded and couldn't hear staff calling out roster. We may return next fall/winter if my son is still interested.

PUBLIC SKATING is in a small HALF SIZE junior rink on all days except for Tuesday and Thursday, which is crazy. There were 5 people practicing hockey on a full-size rink and 75 people skating in a half sized rink. Then they cone off the back third of the rink for a party and the center for teaching, making it miserable. It is absolutely insane for $14.50 admission adult $13.50 kid. It's another 10 bucks for a seal for a kid and 6 bucks for rental skates. After 10 minutes I asked for a refund. This would be an amazing place to play hockey, but not public skating. The food at the bar was decent, but you'll basically end up spending $20 each.

Your mileage will vary depending on what you want to do. If you are wanting to take skating classes or just skate in general, this place is great. By that I mean: the condition of rink itself is in good condition. Everything else, it is up in the air. Seems like there is a general lack of effort on being organized, efficient or cognizant of simple privacy/security concerns.

For example, I can recall that on at least one occasion, the skate rental didn't open until 5 minutes before class was supposed to start and nobody seemed to know why it was closed nor when it would open. Given the time, there was a mad scramble to get skates.

I also had an issue come up in the course of attempting to schedule an event. I eventually ended up messaging the General Manager with my concerns. The party that was the source of my concern contacted me almost immediately thereafter, but I honestly have no idea if that was because the GM prompted them to do so or if it was coincidental, given the GM never acknowledged my message to begin with. Definitely not a place I would recommend for hosting an event.

Full service facility for ice hockey and ice skating for professionals as well as families and recreational use. Totally fun to hold birthday parties here, safe and healthy. All fields are easily accessible for parents helping and supervising young kids. Plenty of seating comfortable and warm seating area too!

Ice skating year round is always fun here. Coming here before and after Christmas with my daughters and a few friends had become a tradition. We skate, we fall, and create beautiful memories. I truly enjoy this place. I'll be coming here with my grandchildren soon also.

I don't usually bother but a 4.5 rating for this place is WAY too high. I have a lot of experience with TSPC and folks, it is run poorly. I wouldn't know where to start with the bad, honestly. So I'll just say the good things - the food is solid, and the NHL sheet (one of 3) is usually in good condition. And some of the staff is competent and friendly. Truth is I'm stuck with this joint because I live up the street but if you can go elsewhere for your skating/hockey needs, do. Most folks are in awe that "the Kings practice here!" and their reviews reflect that. That doesn't mean anything practically speaking for everyone else.
