Horrible customer service. I received this Oakland Raiders cup and pair of socks as a Christmas gift. I'm a fan of the Steelers so I took the brand new items to the pro image store in the Ontario Mills Mall the next day and asked to exchange them for the same items but of the correct team. My request was denied because I didn't have the receipt. I explained that it was a gift. The woman at the desk didn't care. Terrible!

I’m only giving this store a 5 star review because of the employee Brian, he was honestly so helpful and went out of his way to help me. I went in to purchase a baseball hat for my husband, I had a store credit that was years old, I had the original receipt still but of course it was faded but you could still see the printing on it but not super vibrant , I was going to pay and I mentioned that I have store credit and the original receipt to show proof and the associate said that he can’t accept it because he can’t even read the receipt and that they do not do store credit there, and I explained that I got it at a pro image store that is no longer at that other shopping center , and he said it’s too old of a receipt we can’t accept, and I said well ok but what am I supposed to do with the store credit and that associate along with a woman associate said they can’t accept it , and Bryan over heard me and stepped in and said that there’s a way to look me up in the system and he was able to proceed and kindly helped me, it looked and felt to me that the other two associates were a bit bothered by Brian helping me saying that the store doesn’t accept store credit and that if something happens it’s on him not them. I was able to tell who actually wanted to work that day, it really doesn’t take a lot to be kind and helpful, and Brian did all that and more! If you need any help go to Brian , truly so nice and helpful!

There was an incident at the Ontario Mills on memorial day 2023 of a possible shooter but later might have been a hoax but "My family and I were at pro image sports store in Ontario Mills when everything started. People outside the shop started running and yelling that there was a shooter. The employee at the store we were at took immediate action and was amazing and told us go to the back and in storage room she was absolutely amazing how she handled the situation was amazing and brave and needs to be recognized. Thank you Sandra , Thank you. You kept us safe"

Worst service ever!! After only finding one Clippers shirt for my daughter at this store, we were able to find something more elsewhere. We came to return the shirt only an hour after purchase and was denied. The cashier was rude and condescending. His attitude was "sorry but you're stuck with it." I would understand if there was a policy notice sign or a verbal notice before closing the sale, but the notice on the receipt after the fact is ridiculous.

HORRIBLE EXCHANGE POLICY!!!!!!
Purchased 2 jerseys as a gift for XMAS unfortunately they were to small, I simply wanted an exchange but was told by their manager the last day to exchange was Jan. 10th. Unlike most stores Jan 31st.... its a very unreasonable amount of time during a PANDEMIC!!!! Take your money else where!!
