Purchased some Nike socks 3 bundles every single one has a detector on it . A they are Christmas gifts now I have to go get it removed .. waste of my time they could have been wrapped up a placed under my tree .. but the chic working the cashier was to busy talking to a fellow worker

Hands down this is one of the worst stores to go shoe shopping. I went there today Thursday December 6 at around 1p.m I was there for over an hour and just waiting they have the WORST system in place on treating customers. You ask some one for a shoe size and it goes on a screen but it takes them over half an hour to bring the shoe to you.

I went into JD sports to get the retro low 11s that just dropped. My son needed a size 12 so they tell me to order it at the store. I paid cash for the shoes on October the 8th. Had the receipt sent to email. Haven't heard nor seen the shoes here it is Oct. 17th no email no order number nor tracking. I called they say call costumer service they tell me they never had that shoe in a size 12 and that my $$ was refunded into check. So don't pay cash there they won't return it into cash it'll be a check mailed out to you with no heads up. I had to find out by accident no one told this bit of information to me. I'll never shop there again. I didn't wanna give them any stars

Deplorable customer service! The salesperson who assisted me, a Hispanic woman with a septum nose piercing, has poor communication skills and was extremely rude during my visit today. She definitely could use additional training to improve her people skills.

Just bad service, a woman and a man both walk past me twice while I’m holding 2 pairs of shoes I wanted to try out, then I have to tell them can somebody help me. Finally the short white chubby girl came and said they had both in stock and was waiting for somebody to bring the shoes out for me to try on, waited 10 minutes nobody came out and I just left. Horrible customer service won’t be back.

Just went there I went up to the cashier that girl just turned didn’t even look at me I was just standing their she looked at some other female there and was looking at the other one saying no… seems like they like ignoring and making fun of their customers because that’s what it seemed like because they would stare at you like your stupid or something.. very bad customer service no matter if they are almost closed they need to help out their customers…

Very nice store in terms of aesthetics, however unwelcoming and underwhelming employee personalities. The employees seem to be untrained or new in customer service, gossiping and talking amongst each other while in the middle of helping their customers. I didn't see any manager presence ensuring a directional, organized work environment. I entered the store to use my birthday and anniversary points. The girl with the red hair looked at me up and down, I asked her how do I get to my points and she kept touching my phone without bothering to ask to handle my personal phone and kept tapping my phone screen impatiently as it was loading. Multiple times in the middle of asking questions regarding the store and deals, she turned her back on me to talk to her other female coworker. It is demonstrative that this store hires employees who have minimal to no work experience in customer service and the business of retail. The store could use better management and maybe on hand training for their first-time jobsters. Looking at the reviews, I see I'm not the only one who's experienced feeling unwelcome; there is no direct response to creating an organized store in terms of professionalism and establishing customer's respect.

I ordered my son some shoes that he wanted and they delivered an empty box!!!!!!! I have been on the phone for hours trying to get ahold of someone to resend or refund my money and nothing!!!!! Went to the store and there isn’t anything they can do but call customer service. Sorry for the bad words in video in advance I was just blown away with how this even happend.
