Had an appointment last Friday at Costco tires at Savi ranch Yorba Linda location to get two tires fix due to slow leaks. It was later determined to be nails in both tires! Brad, Dax and the team were extremely helpful in getting them fix and was very quick to communicate. One tire was fixable while the other had two nails next to each other and was not fixable. Luckily they have the tire in stock and were able to prorate for a new replacement. They’re very busy but was able to get me on my way in a reasonable time. Thanks again Brad, Dax, and the team!

Bought tires here 5 years ago. One of them was defective… I’ve had to put air in it every week since I first got it. They looked at it, said there wasn’t a nail, and refused to do anything more. I finally gave up. They talk about service and warranties, but don’t honor them or follow through.

I just replaced all four tires at this place yesterday, being convinced to get the only choice of Michelin all season run flat for my Benz. I noticed one of the tire pressure was much lower than the others when I picked up the car, but I thought it might be because of the new tire thing so I decided to see how it would go the next day. Today, however, when I started the engine and not even drove to the gate of my community, one of the tire pressure showed 0!!! How ridiculous it became 0 just overnight. Wow.. then I called the place and asked them what I should do, they said they don’t know, and I should drive it all the way to them to show them the problem, plus, I would have to pay for the toll. Then I asked them whether it is safe to drive to them since it’s run flat tire that they highly recommended me to buy, they answered they don’t know again!!

After I carefully slowly drove over to the place again, they checked and found out they forgot to fasten the valve. They did fix it for me but I was disappointed for not even having an apology from any one of them for causing all the inconveniences. Be careful everyone, you may spend more than a thousand to get a flat tire and poor service.

Went in for a tire rotate and balance. Previously used the Costco center in Tustin. Made an appointment the day before and the service was right on time. The employees were helpful and courteous, and to all the customers, even the rude one with the battery issue. There was an issue with my paperwork and the men helped me by looking up the necessary phone numbers I needed and giving me advice on how to handle it. It was a good idea, they caught the issue which will make my next visit even quicker. I watched through the window as they worked the bays and they work safely and professionally. Having had a career in mechanics and was supervisor of a large truck repair facility I can appreciate a shop that is running smooth and safe. For value and reliable service i recommend this tire store.

Maybe they were just short staffed when I visited. But after experiencing a blow out on the freeway, I came here to purchase a new tire. I joined the other two people in line in the unstaffed lobby. Every 15 minutes or so, a worker would come in from the garage to check if anyone was picking up or dropping off their car. If so, he'd attend to that one customer and then return to the garage. After waiting in line for approximately 35 minutes, I finally got my audience with the migrating staff member. I informed him that I needed to purchase a tire. I was told that they were not taking any walk-ins, only those who had appointments. And asked me if I would like to set up an appointment. Unfortunately an appointment for a week from Thursday, won't help me get home today.

Best tire center I've been to in the LA region. All employees are very welcoming, friendly and communicative. Mr. Drew the supervisor was so awesome, he gave me milage warranty on my 8 year old tires I bought from Walmart. I paid $67 for a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S4 tires. Thank you Mr. Drew.

The employees here are just condescending. I got my tires changed, then the next morning I couldn’t find the tool that undoes the lock for my tires in the glovebox where they said they put it. I called and the guy was just really unhelpful. “If our paperwork says it’s in the glovebox, that’s where it is.” They wanted me to drive there so they could look in the glove box (the bag it’s in is not small and I know what I’m looking for). Eventually I did find it, but it was shoved into the back cavity BEHIND the glove box where a space is left after the box is opened. I thought perhaps it fell back there, but I tried to make that happen and I couldn’t, no matter how much stuff I shoved in it. I don’t understand putting it there, but more than anything I don’t understand how it’s ok for employees to be so rude when all I wanted is the tool I need for my car.

Plus, the guy said he would watch the video and call me back and just never bothered.
