Had a fantastic experience here for both getting my wedding tux and setting up a group rental for my groomsmen. The associates (Edge and Melana I believe were their names) were super helpful in giving advice for a style to choose from. They even helped me get a $250 coupon from my group rental that covered my tux rental expense. Thanks so much for the help!

I couldn’t believe the service I got. It was tailored fit (pun intended) for me! Victor, Daniel and the gentleman whose name I did not get was incredibly warm and thorough. They know a lot about styling here, and it showed. 10/10, will come again!

The assistant manger was incredibly rude and dismissive. Despite what their satisfaction policy states, they will not accept exchanges or returns on virtually new, unworn and unaltered items. She could not substantiate the reason within their return policy, but refused to assist me further. I refuse shop here in the future, nor do I recommend doing business with a company that doesn’t stand behind their satisfaction policies.

I am going to come back when I remember the guys name who helped us. Let me tell you all exactly what happened, we flew in a few days before my son’s prom, hoping for the best. It was raining and we had already been to two stores and it was not looking good. Then we went into Men’s Warehouse and spoke to this young hispanic guy and he answered our questions but really couldn’t help us after we told him we were looking for a white suite. As we were heading out the door this black man (I’m only using race because it was the only notable distinction between the two) stopped us and asked us what we were looking for, we told him already expecting him to say “oh yea, naw” or something along those lines. Instead he said “I think I may have what you’re looking for, follow me”. He then led us down some stairs we immediately felt like some sort of vip. Not wanting to get too excited my son gave me a look like what is going on. The guy who told us he had recently lost a lot of weight and was much older than he actually looked gave my son the treatment I as a parent felt he deserved but couldn’t find anywhere else. We lived in Texas and had only a few days until prom, but he assured us that he would have my sons suit ready for pickup before our flight back home that evening. And that he did. But as I was looking at my sons prom photos what sticks out the most is not the suit but the confidence that man instilled in our son that day with his kind words and attention to his needs and concerns. I wish I could have brought him back to Texas with us. Thank you sir for all that you did for us, something money cannot buy

I was actually recommended this location from another location that didn't have my size, so I walked the quick 10 minutes to this spot, and I was very happy with the direction and guidance that the staff had here, period. I haven't shopped for a suit in a long time, and I didn't know where to start, but had a general idea, period. I think that if you're looking for a suit and a t-shirt, this is a great place to start. I'm very happy with the one I purchased.

My wedding is on Saturday and this is what you gave my brother to wear!!!!! How dare you for the price paid? Your store won’t even fix this! Or attempt to find any single tuxedo shirt he can buy that will fit him. DO NOT RENT YOUR WEDDING TUXEDOS FROM THIS STORE!
