The right place to come for car troubles. Many times I Popped my tire and they fixed it in a reasonable time with the best prices on the market. Plus they have a life time warranty on tires which I 100% recommend. They have great deals right now for Black Friday.

Extremely disappointed as they did mess up.
4 months ago had alignment and tire rotation done on my truck. Experience was okay.
This time when I went in for oil change and tire rotation at a different place they showed me how the last person who worked on the truck messed up the wheel lock and disintegrated wheel lock key. On top of that had a smaller sized lug on one of the wheels. That was all done at Mavis on Hillside.
Now I had to replace the wheel lock and lugs.
Extremely disappointed. ?☹️

This review is for their mechanics. Have someone double check their mechanic's work. Some mechanics doesnt care about your life and safety.
A few weeks ago, ordered a set of continental tires with installation. The process was quick, in and out in an hour. However, a week later, I noticed one lug nut was missing, and both plastic valve cover were missing on the passenger side. The driver side was all good. I guess two mechanics work on the car, one on each side. The passenger side mechanic must not care about the quality of his work, and the safety of others. Wheel could have fly off on highway sped driving whe lug nut are missing or didnt tighten properly. Went back to the store, and the reception staff are great and helpful to address the issue that was caused by their mechanics.
