So I bought my tires there back in February and thought I was getting run flat tires. I went yesterday 11/25/24 @ around 930am because my back rear passenger tire had a slow leak. I figured I’d go back where I purchased them to see if they were fixable. It’s a silver Qx30 Infiniti. The person who checked my car in told me that there was a puncture on the tread and that my brakes needed to be replaced as well. I told him that I like to take it to the dealer to have services like that done. He said ok. He said normally they don’t like to fix punctures on run-flats but that he would do me a favor this time. I said I appreciated that. After he finished he told me it was fixed and that if I got another nail in it he would not be able to fix it. Thank you I said. Less then 6 hrs latter my pressure light came on saying that same tire ( rear passenger) was loosing air similar to how it was the day before. I thought it awkward that it was loosing air at the same rate prior to being patched. 11/26/24 my tire was completely flat so I filled it up and brought it to America Tires in Glendora to have them check that same time. Gentlemen told me because of cut In the tire (2 slits) that if they tried to patch it, it would be difficult to place to patches side by side. No problem, all good. Had them replace the tire. I decided to ask if that tire was ever patched and to my surprise it was not and, I thought I was sold run flat tires and they informed me at American Tire Depot they weren’t even run flats. I was told the day before that it was patched and come to find out there were no patches in the tire. Was lied to. The picture shown is what was taken at American Tires. I will never go back again to American Tire Depot in Rosemead again. The fact I was told there was a patching done when there wasn’t is BS. I’d give you 0 stars if I could.

I received excellent service The crew at the rosemead location went above and beyond my expectations .They took time to thoroughly communicate what the real problem was with my vehicle . In the process, I did not feel rushed . Prior to coming I had already been to 4 other places. I would recommend them to family and friends. The location was clean. The crew was very professional and they provided exceptional customer service.

I brought my car in because the low tire pressure warning came on and the pressure gauge wouldn't read one of the tires. They diagnosed the issue and changed the valve stem at no cost! Fast and friendly--would definitely come back. Thank you!
