I had a very bad snowmobile accident. I broke my knee joint (tibia plateau fracture). Non weight bearing for about 4 months. Lauren was excellent. Listened VERY well, and had me working and motivated everyday. We had different sessions from Range of motion work to infrared and ultrasound sessions, to weight and pylo sessions. Would recommend her to anyone.

I've been seeing Brandy Green for a knee injury. She has been helpful from when I first acquired the injury and is now working with me post surgery as well. She developed a few different physio programs for me and takes the time to understand your injury. She is very helpful explaining the exercises. Brandy is also really down to earth and approachable and has been able to answer all the questions I throw at her. I've been to a few different physiotherapists and Brandy is at the top for me.

Such a great experience!
I was able to book an appointment easily through the website. There is lots of ample free parking - two things that can deter you right out of the gate if they don't go smoothly. As soon as I entered, the seating area was socially distanced, and had plenty of hand santinizer, which made me feel at ease. Dr. Wilson took the time to listen to my history, ask questions, and has a calmness to his personality that is very welcoming. I left confident with the diagnosis provided, and some exercises. I also have a solid plan of attack for my pain, and I am on the road to recovery. Highly recommend this business.

Kristen is the best! She has gotten my knee back to moving great again and is always very nice to visit with as well. The booking and appointment system is awesome, sends reminders puts the appointment in your calendar for you, does it all. Great all around experience here at ARC
