I called down to A+A to ask if they had jeans and blazers in my size. I explained that my time was limited because of my kids naps, but I would try to make it down at some point.
When I went in later that day, the sales lady directed me to an entire rack of clothing she had pre pulled all in the styles and sizes I asked for. She said she knew my time was limited, so wanted to be prepared just in case I came in.
On top of that, she set my four year old up with colouring supplies so she was happy and occupied while I shopped.
It was the best customer services I have EVER received!

Beautiful store! Went in today, braving the weather. One employee was running the shop all by herself because of the storm, and she was so lovely and was handling all the different customer needs seamlessly. Normally there are a couple of people on staff, but she was working as good as two! She had some difficult customers (return stuff outside her control) and she was so understanding. Laid out all the options, very calm, doing some problem solving. I was very impressed.
She had strawberry blonde hair and an accent. Very personable and charming. Great conversationalist.
I love your products and shop here regularly. Never had any issues. Very warm and comforting space that makes you feel welcome to stick around and browse. This is why we shop local!

Best customer service in a clothing store in Nanaimo! These girls are SO lovely, helpful and just generally kind and laid back. I love to go there. They treat me and my 5 years old daughter so nicely that she adores to go there because they give her attention and while they let her ask them their favorite color and chatt a lil' I can shop around a bit ! Whomever is the owner must be making sure the primary focus is customer service first, because they just do it right and well! (Which is becoming rare these days) Or they just happen to find the kindest salespersons... 🙂 Very nice quality of clothes and decor too. ♥️recommend.

wonderful store + outstanding staff!! I bought jeans from them a while ago, the ladies spent over an hour helping me find the right pair. They ripped the next day, so I took them back and they were so kind with refunding the first & helping me find a new pair which I’m still so in love with. I left smiling both times I went here!

Great store and some lovely pieces a great addition to nanaimo. The store layout and space is very appealing.
But....
The staff are too aggressive. All the girls are very nice but from the moment you enter the store ( on numerous occasions) they are on you, following you around, commenting on EVERY article you look at or pick up. Listening in on your conversation with the person you are shopping with So awkward and intrusive that we have left the store?!! Not once but a few times!
Again love the store but the staff HAVE to be a little more subtle.

New favorite store! Wish we had one like this (with really nice staff) in Toronto! Came in on Valentine's Day and I treated myself to a pretty floral dress, thank you to the owner? She had Brown curly hair and was really nice and everything in the store is so pretty and smells delicious.

I wish this store can be here, I would shop everyday.

The store it's self was fine but the staff kept on singing and attempting to harmonize and accompany the music that was on the radio. It was so awkward that my girlfriend and I had to just leave the store. Good products and atmosphere, but maybe leave the musical rendition of your employment at home. I honestly thought I was being punked.
