Been here twice after getting my kids a bow for Christmas. I used to shoot in the woods, but figured an indoor place would be something fun to do over winter.

Really welcoming staff who are more than eager to help newbies with tips, equipment, etc. Never got a sense of unwelcoming vets, which is great as a lot of niche hobbies can end up gatekeeping like that.

Also inexpensive arrow prices when I needed to refill my quiver from all my cracked and damaged arrows.

Compared to something like bowling this is an absolute steal of a way to spend a weekend!

Loved that we could just turn up and 'have a go'. The instructor was friendly and told us everything we needed to know before we started. While some of us weren't very accurate with the targets, we still had a lot of fun and would love to do it again!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Archery World! The first thing that caught my attention was the incredible lighting - it's bright and inviting, setting it apart from other ranges I've visited. This made the atmosphere not only comfortable but also added an element of excitement to the whole archery experience.

What truly made this place stand out, however, was its unwavering commitment to being kid-friendly. I brought my girls along, and let me tell you, they had an absolute blast! Their smiles and laughter filled the air as they took their shots, and they were so enthusiastic that they convinced me to return the very next day.

Joey and the staff were exceptional in every way. They went out of their way to ensure my kids had a memorable time. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but they also provided valuable tips to my kids, enhancing their archery skills. The staff even surprised us by bringing over a 3D target, adding an extra layer of excitement into the experience. The kids were overjoyed shooting at balloons too which was another suggestion from one of the staff members.

Membership prices: For $100 for single and $200 for family. I secured a family membership for the four of us. What's more, my kids were able to try out demos (recurve and compound bows), and their participation was completely free. I will note that non member lane fee is $22 and for members it’s $17. Kids are free with the family membership.

The range consists of 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard lanes, every skill level is catered to. The inclusion of a dedicated 40-yard broadhead lane adds an extra layer of specialization that few ranges provide.

Our time at Archery World was nothing short of a blast. If you're looking for an exceptional archery experience that caters to both seasoned archers and newcomers, Archery World is the place to be. We can't wait to return for more exciting memories and skill-building sessions!

Brilliant lesson with Bill! He is very knowledgeable and attentive, good lense of humor! Myself and my wife are beginners and by the end of the lesson we were hitting those targets!...mostly!

Will be back when in Calgary to hone the skills and quiz Bill for more of his wisdom!

Attention like this is hard to find!

I'm looking at my first hunting bow and stopped by the shop today. I spoke with Railey, explained my needs and goals. She walked me through several options and price points. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and received real world answers to my questions.

I have several other friends looking to get into bow hunting and I know where I'll be sending them.

Got invited for a friend's birthday, we had a great time. I even managed to hit a bullseye and pop some balloons, Rebecca was a great instructor and coach. I will definitely bring my kids here in the future to give it a go.

Fantastic facility, I have been shooting there for the last few months. Dean had noticed me having difficulty with my bow, he took it to the repair shop and adjusted my peep, and timing. Within 2 rounds I was back on track. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Went in to inquire about a bowtech amplify or another bow along the same lines. The guy must not of liked the cut of my jib because he kept mentioning to me about coming back and their hours during the week. He made no other recemedations on other bows that I may like. Thought okay maybe they are busy and didn't have time to help. I even made a few comments and was apologizing for being a nuisance. Asked if I could stay and shoot and then he proceeded to tell me that the bows are really basic and don't have sights or releases. Felt like I wasn't wanted. As a beginner in archery and went in to buy a midline bow, I did not get the impression my business was wanted or welcomed
