I purchased a double drum roller from these guys that I needed in a pinch to finish up a job. Riley was great to work with and didn’t try to hide anything from me since I wasn’t able to get my eyes on the equipment. He lined up all the trucking and border crossing paperwork, and my equipment showed up exactly when he said it would and in the condition described to me over the phone. I live in north Idaho and would purchase from them again.

I highly recommend Attachment World, particularly working with Riley. I purchased a Case 580sm with a lot of hours and a bit of a repair history and Riley was very open, honest, and responsive through the process. I thought the price was fair and AW arranged for all the shipping and customs paperwork to get it across the border to Montana. That part was almost unbelievably simple from my end. I had a couple little issues with the machine after it arrived and despite the as-is nature of such a sale, Riley and his team continued to help me via phone, text and email until I had the issues figured out. I’m looking forward to working with AW again in the future when I’m in the position to buy another piece of equipment.

Bought a 2015 CAT 289 D track machine from these guys. The salesman Riley took amazing care of me through the whole process. Answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. Even sent any pictures requested and took the time to source out attachements for me. Excellent buying experience. Very knowledgeable or willing to research answers they didn't know. We purchased a 2011 Bobcat S185, Riley was very helpful to us, providing us with all of the additional information and pictures we asked for. My wife was very nervous about pre paying in full for a piece of equipment before we had a chance to see it and check it out, especially outside of the country. Riley helped us with electronic transfer info and he did all of the paperwork required for the border crossing for the truck driver. He found us a really great price for shipping the machine right to our front door. He kept us well informed throughout the whole process. The machine checked out just a Riley described it and it runs and operates as it should. I bought a cat 277 skid steer from Riley in September 2022. We pre paid the whole sum of the machine and I was a bit skeptical about that but after calling one of Riley’s references I knew he was the real deal. Easy to work with, Honast, Great pricing.
We recently purchased a Cat 140M grader from Jordan, had some trouble with our bank who had continuous issues sending money to Canada. But Jordan was there to help every step of the way and he couldn't have been better to work with. We had the machine inspected by cat and everything was as he described or better. I purchased a JD 770G motor grader and was pleased with the machine. Riley was great to deal with and helped me through the process, and sent pictures when requested.
