Ran into a problem during a motorcycle trip and was forced to quit. Still a thousand kilometres from home and needed to get my bike home. The staff at Banner Rec were absolutely amazing in helping me get my bike into a u haul truck providing me with a shipping skid and loading it for me. They also provided me with a ride to pick up the truck. The also had provided other shipping recommendations as well. I cannot express the level of my gratitude towards these people. I highly recommend dealing here if you want outstanding customer service.

Incredibly poor dealer. Parts and service department treats you like they have something better to do when you come in the dealership. Only person in the entire dealer and you stand there for five minutes waiting for Service while they don’t even talk to you. I’ve bought three brand new machines from Banner, Two new Honda generators and a Honda water pump. Still get treated like some vagrant off the street. I’m in the market for a brand new Skandic snowmobile that I will likely purchase by March and unfortunately will be having to drive to a dealer hours away as I’m not willing to spend my money here anymore.

Would rate higher 5 stars if possible. The customer service at this dealership is unlike anything I have ever seen before.

Went from my home province of Saskatchewan out to Fernie BC to go snowmobiling for a few days and on the first day had some significant clutching issues that seemingly was going to end the trip before it got started. I took my sled to Banner at 2:30 in the afternoon and explained my situation. Not only were they willing to take a look at the sled, they had it fixed and filed a warranty claim by the end of the day.

They saved our trip and and the treatment I received there was by far the best I have ever had at a dealership.

I would consider driving 10 hrs from home to purchase new and deal service with these guys and would recommend them to anyone anyone in the powersports industry.

Pretty bad dealership. They will not work with you. I have tried several times with no success. Your better off going to calgary.

Came in just to get codes reset, they ended up sending pictures of my aftermarket exhaust to brp, voiding warranty on a brand new sled.

2nd Sled I brought there had no boost. Had to visit 4 times to get it checked under warranty. After no luck, 2 complete tear downs by myself checking reeds, fuel pressure, boost pipes ect, I trusted they checked the obvious sensors.

Bought a 3rd party ecm reader, within 30 mins, noticed the wastegate sensors being off 1.2 volts. Sled fixed.

Take your service elsewhere.

Had a big problem with my Honda snowblower and the gang at Banner worked hard to solve the problem. After a couple of issues they persisted and fixed everything for me . A big thanks to Matt in Service , the mechanics and even Jay who kept the ball rolling. Thank you everyone at Banner for your patience and professionalism 👍👍

I thought I could get a few more miles out of my chain and had planned to change it when I got home. On day 3 of our ride through Canada, it wasn't to be. Stopped in to Banner desperate for a chain and not only did they have one in stock, they got me in, changed it, recommended a good coffee shop across the street, and we were back at it! Professional, courteous, and no issues for the remainder of the trip. Really appreciate it, cheers!
