I recently brought two guns to Cabela’s for some work, including mounting a new scope on one and transferring my existing scope to another. The process was not straightforward, but Mark did an outstanding job! He was incredibly skilled, patient, and thorough in making sure everything was set up perfectly. I really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. The entire team was also super helpful and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great customer service all around—I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

So I bought an 8 gun security safe for $249 two days ago and brought back home to Langley. Yesterday the 10-14 gun safe goes on sale for $199 regular $299. I’m kind of tapped-out over Christmas and thought the 8 gun would be more reasonable even though I could have used more room and decided just to make it work. So here’s the thing, why didn’t the sales guy tell me about the sale on the larger safe coming up the next day considering the effort I had to put into moving and transporting it? He could have told me. Wouldn’t that have been good customer service? I feel the store is a bit of a let-down considering I have spent over 8k there over the past year. But I guess you’re just a number these days. Anyway, I guess it’s just one of those annoyances to add to life. -D

Amazing Experience at Cabela’s!
It’s the second time I visited this Cabela’s store. I was thoroughly impressed by the store’s welcoming environment and exceptional customer service. The store itself is well-organized. It’s a joy to shop in such a friendly and professional setting.

I wanted to highlight the outstanding assistance I received from Li to. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items for my outdoor adventures. Li’s knowledge of the products and his enthusiasm made the shopping experience both informative and enjoyable. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I had everything I needed before leaving the store.

Cabela’s truly sets the bar for quality customer service and a great shopping experience. I highly recommend visiting!

We are so fortunate to have this store in our city! I practically did all my Christmas shopping there this year! I purchased work shoes, slippers, socks, t shirt,winter jacket and all our grandchildren's Christmas toys. These toys were so unique… Toys you just wouldn’t find in your regular store that sells toys. I absolutely love how they have employees on the floor willing to help. And they are everywhere! I was in and out of there in no time. Even though it was the holidays, the lineup moved quickly and the cashier folded my items and asked if I found everything and if anybody helped me today. I ended up having to return the jacket as it was too large and customer service was friendly with no issues at all.What a great store! I’ll be shopping here from now on for work gear and gifts from now on.
