I was a loyal customer for over 15 years. Bought several pairs of Graf figure skates and Graf hockey skates (including goalie skates) over that time period. My family has spent thousands of dollars over the years in this store. I will never return. It is all new people running the store and all they care about is getting your money and getting you out the door. Horrible customer service, DO NOT go here.

I will never buy skates here again. I bought a new pair of Edea figure skates they put in an orthotic footbed I did not want, charged me $50 for it then I got home over 300+ miles away I found they did not even give me the original footbeds that were mine that came with the skates.

I called the next day and talked to a guy in the store who said they would mail the original footbeds to me and that I could bring the orthotics in for a refund. My mom drove up to Windsor special from Indiana, went in for the refund for the SuperFeet orthotics and was refused the refund. Not only this, but the sales rep (Brayden) insulted her and insinuated that I had no idea what I was doing and was a bad skater.

I have been skating for almost 20 years both as a figure skater and hockey player trained with both Olympic winning figure skaters and hockey players and could not believe how badly we were treated here. Shameful business practices!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

All I wanted was a refund for the footbed ($50) that I did not want, not that much considering I spent almost $1,000 canadian in their store. It hurt my feet and cause a lot of pain so I took it out. Now I will never return they have lost my business and future sales

Brian’s has always been a top notch sports shop in my opinion. The employees are well versed in all sports equipment and apparel that they carry, allowing for excellent customer service. They noticed some small fixes on a pair of skates that had gone unnoticed at other shops and for that I’m very grateful. Always friendly!

I came over from the states to this shop because a friend highly recommended the expertise of the staff. He was right they took their time, and made sure the skates I bought fit my foot perfect and matched the amount of play I did weekly. I have been trying to find skates that are the proper fit for years without any success. I stopped in at Brian’s Source for Sports in Windsor and was amazed at their knowledge and experience with fitting and profiling skates. I dealt with the owner Joe and one of the younger staff members who put me in the perfect skate. They also suggested profiling the skates to help ease into new skates. I hit the ice for the first time yesterday and couldn’t believe how nice the skates felt and performed. They felt like I had been wearing them for years and I’ve never been that comfortable before in a skate. Hats off to Joe and his staff, if you’re ever in need of any hockey gear or skate profiling Brian’s Source for Sports in Windsor is the place to go!

Always stayed away from Brians because i heard the prices were really high...
WRONG!! Their prices are some of the best I've seen.

I went in to simply buy Skate Fenders (if you don't have them, get them) and figured get the skates sharpened while I was there....
Not only were my skates so sharp that I almost fell during warm up, but the guys took the time to check my profile that I had done at PHL and it is totally wrong. Not even the same on both skates!

The guys answered all my questions, and were happy to do so. Not trying to just rush people out. Factor the prices, great selection (only 2 stores had Skate Fenders), and their AMAZING customer service. Absolute 6 star rating if it were possible.

Great job guys, you just scored a customer for life and will recommend everyone I know go to you guys from now on!

Glad I went to Brian's skate shop! We just bought skates 8 months ago from Brian's skate shop. My daughter was complaining of her skates hurting her feet and I didn't have the time to go to Windsor to Brian's skate shop, So I dropped them off at the Detroit Skating Club (Jones). She stretched them all weekend. I picked them up and my daughter still couldn't get her foot in her skate. Susan told me she would need new skates.

Joe at Brian's Skate Shop is very knowledgable. He put her skates on the stretcher and she was able to get her feet in her skates quite comfortably and had more room to grow. He cares about making sure the skates are fitted perfectly to each foot. Thanks to Joe we are able to postpone getting my daughter brand new skates for a while! Brian's skate shop is the only place we will be going from now on! Thank you Joe!
