My partner and I I used brighter cleaning for our move out clean and I would not recommend their services to anyone. For starters, there is not much included in the move out clean when you book, and you need to pay extra for things like the oven, fridge etc. However, it was easy to add extra services at the time of service if needed. For my particular move out clean, I payed extra for the windows, oven, fridge and blinds, and neither the oven or blinds were cleaned by the cleaning services. The window tracks were also not cleaned. I attached photos for proof. The fridge was nicely cleaned but unfortunately a glass shelf in the fridge was broken in the process by the cleaners (difficult to see, but attached photos). This lead to me spending many hours re- cleaning my space and being charged for the broken fridge shelf ($200), and the blinds cleaning ($165) on my move out inspection. I am left feeling disappointed and very frustrated. The total cost for the move out clean was $490. I sent an email with my photos of the uncleaned spaces that I paid extra for, my invoice for proof of charge, and explained the situation in hopes for reimbursement. There was no response in 4 days. My partner then called, and was told to re send the email to a different email and that we would have a response by the end of the day. This was a week ago, and still have not received a response. My partner even phoned yesterday and left a message via phone and text- no response. We will never use this cleaning service again. Very unprofessional. Customers should not have to pay for services not provided.

I hired BCS to complete a deep cleaning in my apartment while I was away on a trip so I wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning upon my return. It cost me just under $400 for this service. They charged me extra for inside fridge and oven cleaning. The inside of the fridge and oven had been done correctly and I was happy with it. But upon further inspection, I had noticed the rest of my home had not been cleaned. It seemed as if they just wiped over only some of the surfaces in my home with a cloth. There was still dirty surfaces left all over my home and I even saw my oven mitt couldn’t be bothered to be lifted up and they just wiped around it. The floors were sticky. The bathrooms were not done correctly. Nothing in the home was done correctly besides the two things they charged me extra for, the fridge and the oven. I tried to reach out when I returned home by email and was left ignored. I tried to send two text messages a day or two after the email and was ignored. And to my disbelief, I realized they had blocked my number as my calls were no longer going through but my husband was able to connect through when he called today. For the cost they charge just to come in and pretend to clean, and the pure unprofessionalism and not wanting to rectify the situation, I implore you not to hire this company. I myself had worked as a cleaner before and this is no way close to the professional standard of cleaning or the way we treated clients if there was unsatisfactory work done. And to think I left them a cash tip lol… Attached is the receipt alongside just SOME of the photos of their “cleaning job” in case they try to claim "they cant find me in their system" and insinuate this is a fake review.

I am very unsatisfied with the service provided yesterday morning.

The guy told me the stains in the study room are not cleanable and tried to convince me with his fingers scratching the stain. My wife cleaned it with a few brushes in less than a second as shown in the video. Same excuse was used on the oven interior. They told me they cannot clean the stains in the oven. Why would you provide the oven service (I paid $40 extra) while you cannot even clean it properly?

Not to mention my appointment was modified from 10am to 830am with short notice and the cleaners showed up at 9am (half an hour late).

My tenants hired Brighter Cleaning Services earlier this month and the workers did a great job. Everything looked brand new after cleaning. That's why I chose Brighter Cleaning Services in the first place. Maybe I was unlucky and got less professional groups. Not every contractor they sent is so awesome. No responses nor solutions have been provided since I sent them the complaint letter.
