This place is absolutely amazing. Calvin his staff constantly go order their way to look after my needs. I highly recommend if you need repairs of any kind tires battery alignments or a complete note as to what's going on with your vehicle give Calvin a call. You will not be disappointed

Cannot say enough about the sincere service that my wife received here very recently. Wife had to avoid some debris on the highway which caused her to suddenly swerve to the left and side swipe guardrails. Drivers mirror was gone and the entire driver's side was mangled which included wheels and tires. The impact on the wheels bent something in the suspension and the car pulled to the left in a big way when driving afterwards. Wife still had 10 more hours of errands and drive home to go (back to Virginia State). Burley fit her in and really made a great effort to get the car driving straight to at least ensure a safe long drive home. Automotive emergency surgery at its best. Tipping isn't really a thing in car repair, but was happy to pay extra. Thank you Kelvin at Burley for making my wife's ordeal a little bearable. She is now home safe. The collision/body shop is next. Thank God for insurance.

We drove into Napanee on our way to Ottawa when our Jeep had a vibration and a hum. After stopping at five garages, we found Burley’s and were extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of the owner snd staff. They quickly put the car on the hoist, checked for glaring issues and took the jeep for a drive. We were provided with a diagnosis and were reassured the jeep would not let us down before we could get it fixed at home.

Burley Muffler in my opinion is probably the best garage in Nappanee their shop rates are probably the cheapest in town.They cater to your needs and Kelvin tells you what you need and he explains the job to the customers so they understand They do the work as cheap as possible without selling you stuff you don’t need.The staff & workers out there are just awesome. Great people to deal with two thumbs up!!
