Had amazing service! My feet are short and wide, so youth shoes fit better than adult shoes. Found a pair I liked but they were 1 size too big, which I can make work sometimes, but the guy checked their sister company Foot Locker to see if it was in and they didn't have it. They then checked the system and they said they would have to grab them from the warehouse in Toronto. I thought I could make these work ( maybe I was hungry, I don't know why I thought this) so I bought the larger pair and decided to walk around my house for about 15 minutes to see and realised they were definitely not going to work. I went back to exchange and order from the warehouse. This second guy was just as helpful as the first one. He remembered me, did the exchange and shipping info with the help of his supervisor and it took maybe a whole 7 minutes. I was really impressed with the store policy, the customer service, and honestly, all 3 men were so polite, smiley, and very helpful. I will definitely shop here again!

They have a sale on NB 9060 regular $185 to $145 but when I got my side to 8.5mens and ready to pay it is not on sale. The guy told me that the size on sale are youth or grade school but the regular prize for the youth is just $140. WEIRD! Lol

The associate Akash was making weird regards toward my 12 year old daughter and tried grabbing her inappropriately. She was very scared and felt really uncomfortable. PLEASE FIRE THIS EMPLOYEE

Bye far, my favorite location! Some of the staff ( I don't want to name names ) recognize my children and I and fast approaches. Helps me with all questions/ concerns and pricing. All the staff at this location seem to be very well trained and knowledgeable and friendly. I will always go here before I go to another location. Or other brand of store.

Not satisfied with the customer service at all, i walked in to buy 4 for 30 t shirt deal today. Any sane person would assume looking at the display that whatever is displayed is part of the deal. I grabbed 4 t shirts and went to the counter only to be told that the deal is for 9.99 price tag. The cashier made me go back and forth so much i was about to walk out. It should have said in the display what products are eligible for the purchase, not to be told on the cash counter when customer is about to pay.

The employees were great and had exceptional customer service. Gary assisted me with a smile on his face the entire time and made sure I got everything I wanted. I asked him to grab multiple shoes for me and check for my size at the back and he made sure I didn’t have to wait for too long which was great. At the end I ended up ordering the shoes online and he explained the whole process very patiently. It was one of the best customer service I had received in a while! It was refreshing to see how polite some people are.

Went in today to exchange my Xmas gifts for a bigger size. Maneet was great as she let us know I could not try them on as company policy which upset me a bit, as I didn't want to have to come back to return them again if the didn't fit. She went above and beyond and found the proper size for me and brought them up to the front for me. Made it super easy great level of customer service. Will definitely be back. Only thing i could complain about was the music playing in the store was absolutely horrible for a place that calls themselves the Champ get a better play list nobody wants to hear that stuff lol thx again Maneet!
