Lots of parking and many wheelchair spots. Gas station but you must be patient for fuel. $1.50 hot dogs and slices at the Food Court. It is a full sized Costco with lots of staff to help you and keeping the shelves stocked. The meat and seafood is a standout at this location. The bakery is fantastic but the price point seems a tad bit off in comparison to other offerings. The seasonal items are cool and pretty good stock. I'm not sure about the pricing on the household electronics and appliances, you need to watch those for special deals. The cellphone offerings are off the beaten track and could provide big savings to some phone users, an over-looked part of the business imo. The pharmacy has great pricing and stock levels on many items. This store is well lit, clean and organized.

A Costco that isn't as crazy busy as the Costcos in Toronto. So much less people and more quiet. No crazy long line ups at the checkout and self checkout.

Has all the same things as other Costcos. Just with less people. The food court basically has zero line ups and practically no people in it.

Overall, a very chill, barely any line ups, a whole less lot of people Costco. A good Costco. Wish Toronto's Costcos were this quiet.

This location is always clean and well stocked. If you live in town or in the area, I recommend going on a weekday as the weekends do get quite busy -especially in the summer when more people come shop here who are going to the area for their cottages. Lots of parking. Staff is always very friendly.

It’s Costco. You go in for one item, and you leave with $500 worth of things you definitely needed, and never knew you needed. Always an experience going and seeing what new random things they have. Or falling in love with an item and then they discontinue it! And buying massive amounts of things. *See attached picture of ground beef next to my large dog for size reference. It’s always a great time at Costco!

Just wonder if there is a rule in Orillia Costco , like the employee holding the scanners in self check out, only help customers to scan the item(s) when it is more than 15 pounds, because this is the first time EVER I was told this tonight by Orillia Costco employee, when I asked her to scan my 3 packages of toilet paper. She told me they are not heavy， I should scan them myself. I guess I disturbed her fun , by looking away from self checking area, where she supposed to concentrate, or she was just too tired to do this job. ( She still scanned 3 packages of toilet paper , reluctantly )

***I am loyal customer of costco, never have any problems , but this time, she is just so different.

The employee named CASAA is exhibiting unprofessional behavior. If you are unhappy with serving customers, it would be better to find a job that suits you. Attitude is not acceptable when someone is simply asking for assistance.

Great Costco location. Always very well stocked. The meat selection is always on point, which is good, because I picked up a new BBQ from them today, it took a bit of assembly, but it's looking good so far. I can't wait to be able to throw some steaks on the grill of this Weber beast!
