Clean facilities, nice staff.

Pretty disappointed that "family rates" only apply if you choose to breed, but if you don't have a child then family rates don't apply. In the 21st century, it should be pretty common knowledge that families come in all shapes and sizes, and don't always include offspring.

One of the best aquatic facilities in Vancouver Island. Well better than most places in mainland too. There is lard hot tub, steam room, sauna, two big pools one with proper swimming lanes and diving boards, the other is a big pool sometimes used for aqua classes and it’s not too deep. I think deepest is 2meters. There are sometimes artificial waves, before they start that there is a loud notification alarm that goes off. There is a river like flowing water which is perfect to swim against or exercise in. Also great for kids to float around as the river is very shallow. There are loads of toys and floaters available. Apart from the big pool there is side kids pool and two very fun slides both for kids and adults. Sometimes there is a movie playing on a projection screen, mostly tailored to kids. Overall I highly recommend this spot.

Love it here. Gym is small but has everything you need, right downstairs is the pool that also has a sauna, steam room and hot tub.

Dawn's aquafit classes on Mondays and Fridays are excellent. There are 3 different levels starting at 10 am. I started in the 1st class as part of my rehab program and have now made it to the 3rd class. Great energy, great group of people that attend. I hit the hot tub and sauna after class to finish my rehab. The results have been great!

We swim all the time and always pay for tokens. I forgot my wallet and the woman that is possibly half Asin refused to give us a token and is extremely rude everytime we go iv noticed , it's supposed to be a fun experience.... 25 cents like really .

I wanted to use my student free pass, but the front desk staff asked me to line up again to show my student ID, even though I had already shown it to my school to get the pass in the first place. I had to go all the way back to my car to get the ID and then return to the line, only to be told that I would need to go through this process every time I use the facility with my pass.

If there's a long line, do I really need to wait over 10 minutes each time just to verify my ID using the gym for 30min? This process seems inefficient and frustrating. Wouldn’t it make more sense to check student IDs right at the start if they’re essential for verification? Better yet, could you implement a system to scan student IDs so users can access the facility more quickly and reduce the need for constant staff interaction? This would save time for everyone involved.
