Great Customer Service and Smooth Ordering Process!

I recently ordered some accessories from this company, and while checking out, I accidentally forgot to select a shipping option. I reached out to their customer service team to ask if they could still ship my order to my address, and they were incredibly responsive. They promptly sent me a link to pay for the shipping, which I really appreciated!

The next day, I realized I wanted to add an additional item to my order. I contacted customer service again, and once again, they were quick to assist me in adding the item without any hassle.

Overall, I’m really impressed with how accommodating and helpful their team was throughout the process. The customer service was excellent, and I’m happy with my purchase. Will definitely order from them again!

Amazing experience! Can’t say enough good things about this place and it was only my first visit! I went there to pick up a set of lok grips for my Cz shadow 2. The lady on the counter was very very knowledgeable and told me all I need to upgrade the gun is $20, for a lighter recoil spring and lighter main spring. The double action on the pistol feels sooooo much better now. Thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through upgrading my shadow 2!

Josko and Team are very approachable. Having my third piece of equipment worked on. The first two were 1911’s and much easier to use. The third is a CZ. These folks showed me the way into IPSC with equipment and advice. Great client service with a measured approach to spending/wasting money and time. I find this group patient and interested in the progress of both pros and beginners.

While the site was on the fritz that day, I called in and was met with very friendly staff that were willing to bend over backwards to make my order right even with last minute changes. Add onto that that they seem the only place in Canada to carry some factory spare pistol springs and this will be the first place I look next time.

I visited for first time and the big guy is rude, he seems to be just full of himself and thinks he is superior than others. All I can say is talk to other staff and avoid that big dude or might as well go to other store.
