Amazing Service from this place. Did an order Online during the holidays when they had a 20% sale. Showed up at the store after 4 hours drive on the 28th of December and they provided me all my items within 5 minutes. The staff on-site are so kind and helpful. Also, it is the only store in Canada to carry the Muddy Trap Door 5 foot Hunting Platform...Was so happy I didn't have to order it from the US.

Everything went great, until they said they can’t ship ammo after paying 49$ for shipping, ask for the order to be cancelled a week later, finally got refunded to day after 24 days. Unless you live in the area and can pick them up yourself, don’t waste your birthday money like I did, waited over a month and never got to go hunting. I’ll never attempt to shop here again, thanks for dodging every phone call and avoiding me as much as possible, report to buisiness bureau as well

Recently bought my first bow here, the customer service was excellent Luke and Sam helped me out on choosing a bow and getting it ready for me. The turn around time for them to set it up for me was amazing especially it being hunting season it only took them one day, such a great store and well looked after.

Was there for about 10 mins and had 2 customer service people ask if we need any help. We drove 2 hours for their sale on tactacam trail camera's while there. I picked up 2 antennas and lock boxes with great prices and people.

Went into the store for the first time Thursday looking for specific flies for fishing and was surprised they had them. Went back Friday and got extremely hard to find shotgun shells. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. I will stop in every time I'm on 35/115 from now on!

Staff are super helpful knowledgeable throughout the store. Signed up for the gun range, Nick, the new gun range instructor was super helpful during the sighting class they offer on Wednesday nights!
