Je travaille avec cette boutique depuis de nombreuses années. Aujourd’hui encore, j’ai vécu une expérience très agréable chez Eco Tube. La nouvelle direction était professionnelle, serviable et offrait un excellent service à la clientèle. Ils ont réparé mon pneu crevé en guise de récompense de fidélité pour laquelle je les remercie. En raison de leur service client, je reviendrai dans le magasin.

I have worked with this shop for many years. Today, again, I had a very pleasant experience at Eco Tube. The new management was professional, helpful, and gave superb customer service. They fixed my flat tire as a loyalty reward that i thank them for. Because of their customer services I will visit the store again. 😇👏

As I walked in, an employee, Jesse, was quick to greet me and tell me I'd be next in the bay, for my car's oil change. Other employees were helpful & knowledgeable telling me they did MORE then just LUBE & TIRES..... so exciting and great to know!!

The staff were friendly on the phone and in person. Their professionalism, mannerisms and communication skills were excellent. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They informed me on what was going on with my car and let me know how long things would take.

Just went there yesterday, got a oil change and within 20 minutes my engine light was on, on the highway my car went from 3rpm to 1.4 in a matter of seconds which could have caused a crazy accident. Went to an actual dealership which I should have been from the jump and they told me I basically had no oil left and it was leaking the whole time. Causing me to have to repair my oil panel. Haven’t went back yet but have talked to them on the phone and already know they are going to give problems with the reimbursement, I call they say I should have came back there, when I was already 15 minutes away? Rookies over here, but I’ll give another update once I leave there. Photos I added are from the dealership floor 30 minutes after leaving economy lube

Was a regular. Went there for a transmission fluid flush. Check engine light came on. Went back and they said "MAF " needs replacement. Dropped $379. Car started shaking and shuddering. Poor acceleration and braking. They checked the car the system was "too lean". They said come back Monday, went back and they said it's too "rich". Now they want to change the oxygen sensor and that's an additional $200. Can't help but feel if I hadn't gone to them the car would be okay. Maybe later down the line it would have problems. It was completely smooth with no additional lights on or anything when I gave it to them. When I got it back I had multiple things suddenly going off. They're telling me it was bound to happen. The car wouldn't even make a noise before the transmission fluid flush. After that service, the MAF changed, there's a faulty sensor, the car's performance is poor. Between handing them the car and getting it back, things went wrong and they claim they had nothing to do with it. 179 for transmission fluid flush, 379 for MAF and now an additional 200 something. With taxes probably 300. A simple transmission fluid flush suddenly has so many problems and is magically costing around a 1000. Go to a trusted mechanic. This place doesn't seem or feel right. They insist it wasn't them. Also, don't bother calling their vice president, dude's a prick. Won't let you talk and then demands you let him finish talking. Cuts you off and then says he doesn't have the full story. I told him exactly what their mechanics had told me and the dude scoffed and said "no they didn't" . His attitude was extremely poor to begin with. Rude. Indirectly called me a liar. I have the receipts. I addressed this at the location and they tried to justify his words. They told me it was safe to drive and when I got the car back it was shuddering. Before the service it was smooth as could be. Something feels extremely unsettling. Wouldn't recommend. Can't help but feel they did something. Also, right after they said I could drive , the power steering symbol came on as well. I don't know how they treat the car and put things back but definitely feels like they're trying to scam customers.
Can't say I'll be going back.
