I originally found a Benelli shotgun on Town Gun Post that Gio had listed. I was waiting on my PAL approval but put a deposit on the gun and also a Tikka.

Giovanni responded promptly to my message and was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make my choice. My PAL took 9 months to go through, and Gio was very patient throughout the whole procedure. He also held the guns that I picked and continued to communicate with me throughout the process.
