Had to hear for myself. Didn’t go to the store just a phone call and got cut off before I could finish what I was asking for. So if you don’t care for rude people this is the place for you. 0 stars from me. google needs to have a list for negative stars.

I want to leave a review for Melissa. I saw her grab a customers custom hat, throw it into a drawer with the intention of squishing and ruining it. I know if that were my hat, I would be very upset because these items are expensive and valuable. You guys need to check your employee’s attitudes. Thanks. 9/8/22

I wish I couldn’t give a star because that’s how bad it went to refund my merchandise today. Mr. Rodrigo standing behind the counter has no type of customer service skills. Pretty pathetic! Really bad for business. Get rid of him. When I purchased my merchandise before Christmas, I thought to myself ok he’s having a bad day. Nope I thought wrong. I think it is certain people he discriminates. I’ve noticed how he talked to certain people. I didn’t want to believe it but it did to me.

Didn't really care for this store to much. It was unappealing and very run of the mill. They don't carry any college gear, which is disappointing. The people were nice, but that's about it.

They don't have bigger than a 2xl in anything, when you ask they just say try a 2xl on it might fit(EVERYTIME) like it's their company answer to the question for bigger sizes. I'll take my business elsewhere
