Really superb folks here. I had an emergency when my plastic shield under the engine came loose. I took it to Firestone and they got it in, put it up on the rack and cut the piece off. When I asked what the charge was, they said, 'no charge.' Very refreshing and I appreciated it. I will be returning there because they know how to treat customers.

The customer service here needs much improvement. I've gone to this location once simply for air in my tires and a code read. I had to wait for almost 10 mins for tire air which I never got done. I refused to wait any longer and rudely be asked to wait longer.
Apparently they thought I was completely naive. Today, I couldn't get a code read (which every car repair location offers) but that I would have a pay $120 for a diagnostic test.
They are friendly and helpful with whom they want to. I wasn't shocked at all to see that this location has more negative reviews than positive, very unfortunate.

I have been using this firestone location for the last two years since we moved to the area. The front desk staff is helpful and always there on time (I nearly always drop off at 7am on weekdays). The location is clean and well kept, and they have enough technicians to be able to work on the business they have. They explain things in an easy to understand way, and work to find solutions that are the most cost effective.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff at Firestone. I went in to inspect a flat tire, and the worker acted like they were doing me some huge favor just by existing. The attitude was disgusting—sarcastic, dismissive, and downright lazy.

If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on paying customers. I wouldn’t trust these clowns to screw on a hubcap, let alone fix a tire. I’ll never step foot in this place again.

Firestone is very professional and has always helped me with my car. I went early on a Saturday and I was able to wait for my car to be ready. They are always willing to help and give me information to keep my car maintained. I appreciate them and all they do to keep my car safe and running.

You can never get accurate information from this location. Being told one thing on the phone and coming in to someone who doesn’t greet you and gives you a complete bogus answer as well as excuses as to why you can’t be accommodated in a reasonable amount of time. I stopped going to this location for this exact reason some time ago. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t any consistency in communication.

This is hands down the worst service I've ever experienced with my car. If I could give these clowns a -10, I would. I've been a loyal Firestone customer since I moved to Dallas in 2022, always going to the downtown locations on Greenville and Lovers Lane without a hitch. But after visiting the McArthur location, I’m done with Firestone for good.

I dropped my car off for a routine oil change and tire rotation on 4/11/24, and that's when everything went wrong. They left me without any fluids, my car was running hot, and on top of that, my battery—purchased from Firestone less than two years ago—was dead. I didn't realize how bad it was until I was stranded on a bridge with an overheating car.

This place is a complete disaster. They had my car all day and then hit me with a $900 bill, claiming I needed a bunch of unnecessary repairs. It felt like a scam from start to finish. The staff was unapproachable and insensitive, and as a woman, I felt like they were trying to con me out of my money. I eventually found a local business that actually helped me and decided to cut ties with Firestone altogether. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Very disappointed in the rude and unprofessional service my daughter has received at this location. Many of the reviews over the past 4 months seem to back up what I'm about to say. This location clearly has a leadership issue and seems unwilling to fix it due to workload and/or general apathy.

First, I've been a loyal Firestone customer for 15+ years. I asked my daughter to take our CRV to the Firestone on 7550 MacArthur in Irving to diagnose an unknown noise. She tried to make an appointment on Friday and was told, "we don't take diagnosing appointments" and to come back the following Monday and, "we'll get you right in". She showed up Monday (per their instructions) and one particular front desk person was an obnoxious with no zero desire to help her out since he couldn't understand the description of an unknown noise. I told her to leave and found another place for her to go (Hondew, highly recommended) where they quickly diagnosed the problem and made an appointment for us.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have had an issue at this location as we have had the same issue scheduling oil changes here. I'll admit to making the mistake of not looking at the customer reviews for this location before going there. The reviews for 7550 MacArthur are significantly lower than any of other Firestones I've done business with.

After my email to [email protected], a sales manager, unfamiliar with the full story, called yesterday to see if we were still interested in coming in, and while I appreciate the follow-up, we will happily go elsewhere who treats their customers respectfully.

The fact you don’t even bother to read what I wrote above above, as evidenced by your reply below, is a testament to the poor service at locations like MacArthur.
