I played a round on the Ruby course in October 2024. It's a great course in a beautiful setting, especially with autumn colours.

The apple trees by the putting green were dropping ripe fruit and the pear tree branches were heavy with green skinned pears by the time I played.

The generously sized course greens, like the putting green, had been aerated and sanded so I don't think I got the full impression of what they might be capable of, but I still enjoyed playing on them. The fairways, tee boxes and sandy bunkers were in good shape and the Niagara Escarpment setting with vultures and hawks wheeling overhead made for a picturesque and enjoyable round. There are benches and ball washers available, useful amenities for us older players as we walk the course.

One thought about playing the course is that many ponds bring water into play right behind or beside the greens, so it might not be best to go too long with your approach and chip shots.

The staff were pleasant and the price of the walking round was very fair (there are twilight and senior rates available). The pace of play was excellent and the club house afterwards was well enjoyed by many golfers and the vibe seemed very convivial.

Played the Cobalt course. It was in great condition for a Thanksgiving weekend game of golf. Great staff and a challenging course. Always a chance for par if you play the course layout. Can be a tight course so play smart and you will be fine.

This was our first time playing at Granite Ridge Golf Club. The fairways and greens were in very nice shape which we very much appreciated. It's been a rough year for some courses with the lack of rain but Granite Ridge offered us up a very enjoyable day of golfing on their Ruby course. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

I golf here once a week with my lady's league and have been coming for years.

Last year I had the pleasure of watching one of my good friends get a hole in 1.

It's a beautiful course nestled along the Niagara escarpment with lots of trees and water. Over the years, we've seen some amazing storms roll in followed by magnificent rainbows.

They have power carts available but we typically play 9 holes so it's very walkable.

We always stay for dinner after our round as the food and service are excellent.

The staff are all very friendly and treat us really well. Most of them know us by name.

The golf cobalt course is very pretty, the holes are close to each other, and the greenery is pretty. We had a company tournament, and everything was done effectively and efficiently from the organization of the carts, service by the staff members. Our dinner was great. We had options to choose from steak, shrimp, salmon, ribs, and vegetarian dinner. All cooked in the BBQ!

Nice course. We played the Ruby 18 in about 4 hours which is great for weekend golf. It was a very windy day. The14th to 16th holes played very long as they were both into the wind and uphill. I have played the cobalt course a couple of times too. It’s nice as well. The ruby is good for my 12 year old son as it is a shorter course.
