You'd be hard pressed to find better, more helpful folks anywhere. "Above and beyond" doesn't even begin to cover it. If they can't help, they know someone who can. Made our couple weeks up here go incredibly smooth and may have worked a small miracle in the process. Thanks!

The guy who runs Hawks Supply is fantastic. Not only is he helpful and very knowledgeable, but on several occasions he's talked me out of buying things. A while back the radiator in my apartment broke and the temperature went through the roof. I stopped in to buy a fan, but when I mentioned the problem he explained where to find the manual shutoff valve for the radiator instead. He's a wealth of information and he doesn't hesitate to help.
