Went for yoga here. It was good! The views of the water were good, the instructor was good. Overall good. There is no parking though. So be prepared for street parking

Been going to this Rec Centre for a few years now, great environment. Gym is a little small and can get busy but never enough to complain.

Had to give one star, wanted to give zero. Saturday 24 Aug 10am. Young man at the front desk incredibly UNHELPFUL. I’m a paying member asking for a simple favour. Was told no more than once. Then lied to. Only when I pushed back did I receive a tiny bit of customer service from another employee. Someone should tell him that it isn’t essential for him to always have the last word. Maybe the young man at the front desk should receive some basic training in customer service or get rid of him.

It would be great if the gym was open later on the weekends. Having somewhere to keep active in the evenings during the winter would be so amazing.

Whoever decided what equipment to put in the gym nailed it. Space isn't huge but I can always find something I want to use. (Haven't tried at peak hours though)

This recreation centre has such great positive vibes. Everyone knows each other by name, staff are super friendly and helpful. There are a range of programs for people of all ages and abilities. The recreation centre really listens to the needs of the community and it can be seen with the amount of programs that are always filled up. Whether you're coming to learn new skills, meet people in programs or build confidence, this place has such supportive people and community ready to help.
