I have had them do my Oil change and it was a quick and easy process. I called about getting an alignment done and they were helpful they just didn’t have a tech for it over the weekend but it was a long shot so it wasn’t a disappointment.

Edit(They made it right and paid for my fuel so I fixed my review thanks Burt Brothers, despite my one bad experience with you guys I will for sure go back if I need anything for my vehicles!

Left the same review on the burt brothers side as they are the same shop, but basically I took my car in and they replaced the fuel pump, now without telling me they didn't replace the gasket I went across the street and filled my car up with gas which to my dismay the car had leaked almost all of what I put in it ($32.11) to be exact, so I took it back in and made a complaint, they ended up finding out that it was the gasket that they didn't replace, the gasket didn't leak before I took it in for repairs it was because they took it apart and then didn't replace it afterwards, so they are now trying to charge me for the gas that they had to put in which they wouldn't have had to if they replaced it the first time around it's common sense to replace any gaskets or orings that are related to the repairs, so now I'm paying for gas that I lost and gas that they had to use in order to make their wrong right. Which I am thankful for but why should I have to pay for the uncompleted work that they didn't do?

I went for emissions testing and on the spot renewal. I didn't have an appointment, just a walk in. Everyone was so nice. The lobby is very clean and pretty. They have a drinking fountain that has a water bottle station, so that was really nice. They were very busy, but they have a lot of bays and a ton of people working there. All the associates were busy and they were very fast (unlike other car places I go to, where the associates mosey around and chit chat with each other). It was a really nice first time experience.

Always come here for my automotive needs. The customer service crew, mechanics, and managers are hands down the best to deal with. Over the 10 years I’ve been coming here, I have never been up-sold on any service and they have never charged me for any minor service. They take care of my vehicles and trailers. Fair prices and great people, I highly recommend Midland Tire Pros over anyone else near by.

Just forewarning if you need major repairs, call now or someone else will that’s how good they are.

I recently brought my vehicle in for some troubleshooting, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
They had my car for longer than anticipated but communicated clearly throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way.
It was a pretty uncommon problem, one no one in the shop had ever seen before, but they were able to troubleshoot the issue and repair it in a timely fashion.

Overall, my experience was pretty great. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repair or maintenance. Thank you to the entire team for their exceptional service!

it . Although they were closing early that day, they made time to get my tire fixed. Excellent Service!

The staff at JP's were so helpful when we had to tow our vehicle there. They helped us get it into a parking spot and gave us a quick estimate on the work needed. They can get very busy and their parking lot is small so manuvering can be a challenge.
