The service guy who helped me get my tire changed over on the side of the road, Albert, was fantastic! He definitely gets a 5 star rating! He was friendly, worked hard and was really fast! Thank you again! I would have given the branch a 5 star but the front desk had a hard time trying to get warranty figured out for my tire, but was still very friendly and tried. Hopefully when I go in tomorrow I will have better luck having the warranty on the tire honoured.

The crew at Kal Tire in Peace River were first class, from the initial phone call inquiry about winter tires for my truck, all the way to the excellent customer service I received in store on the install date. I've dealt with other Kal Tire locations and also received proper service, but this location was above and beyond!

Worst mechanic i ever took my vehicle to. Had issues starting engine. They diagnosed for a day and i was told that fuel pump is the issue and needs to be changed in order to diagnose further which was quoted for $1200 . When i asked if changing the fuel pump would fix it. Then they said we are not sure their might be more problems and it might cost you up to $2000 . I paid for their labour and had to get towed it to Toyota and all the issue was just because a engine fuse was missing. Which was $5. Just because of lack of knowledge of their mechanics $5 issue costed me over $900 because I had to get it towed to Toyota, just because they could not figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Never going there back again.

Came to pick up my car after a morning oil change appointment, which I was told takes an hour. Mechanic went missing and I sat in the waiting room for way too long after finishing a 12 hour night shift.

Was good but has gone down hill. Front desk guy gave me the wrong keys back -doesn't have a clue what he is doing. He tried to re-torque my tires with the wrong socket (special lug nuts to avoid theft -I was concerned he was going to damage the lug nuts and stopped him). He then told me "we double torqued them so we dont need to re-torque, but if you really want to . . ". I know for a fact it did not get torqued twice because it was still on the lift when I got there- they had messaged it was ready for pickup but it was still in the shop. Only one mechanic per front desk guy, so good luck getting anything fixed. Went in for a brake inspection and they said back rotors and pads needed replacing (which was accurate) but no quote. Need to hire quality staff and more mechanics.

Needed slow leak fixed. Turned out to be a bead leak. It was corrected and of course no charge since I purchased tires there with free flat repair. Great bunch of guys and very accommodating. My main source for tire service and they haven't let me down.
