Pour un passage exprès j'ai été extrêmement surpris le propriétaire et génial,il accepte les animaux prix très bas parc a avant de établissement, pizzeria collé sur le motel pétro Canada.

Great location to avoid all the busy-ness of staying in Saskatoon. Decent price for the night, clean room, comfy bed, no major issues.
Extra appreciation to the staff who helped me with the blinds in my room when I couldn’t figure out how to raise them (it was a me problem, she did it in about 3 seconds)

My stay at Langham Motel was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a delightful surprise - clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Little touches like complimentary water and coffee made it feel like a luxurious home away from home.

Cute Lil place, very comfortable for the price. Above the value most motels offer in the area so it's a classy motel compared to most. The gentlemen stayed open 25 minutes past close so we could check in.. paid cash and fast easy check in. Rooms are clean, one set of towels though so they need more I guess. I didn't ask though..

One thing that I really love

You can tell how clean the rooms are REALLY if you look in the coffee pot and the old bag isn't still in the top rotting....
They passed and that's good to know.

I recommend this motel over any in the surrounding areas

The rooms need some love. Our room had small holes in multiple areas. The bathroom door didn't close properly. We paid for a park view room and got a view of the parking lot. It's fine for a spot to sleep but wouldn't want to spend more than that. It was quite though.

Stayed here for a few days with my daughter (5) and fiancee.

Everything was booked but we were lucky to be able to get a room last minute here. They have a spray park right across the road which was very nice as my little one had something to do as it was very hot outside those days we were there. And it was boring out there. Lol

But, we thought a few things could be considered.. so we weren't asked if we needed anything, being there a few days maybe new sheets, or toilet paper... I had to ask twice. Also maybe shampoo or conditioner... also maybe room service..
But besides that they were very kind. I also was not very happy with the fact one of the other guests staying there. Driving a semi truck although he was very kind... kept bothering me.. I was with my 5 year old.. and everytime he seen me kept inviting me to his room.. even knocking on my room door twice In the morning! Which my fiancee was not very happy about. Very creepy and knowing that they have security cameras... and the employees were well aware and could hear what was happening never said anything or even asked If he was bothering me concerns me...

It was such a great experience. I made reservations earlier in the day based on estimate time. However, due to the road conditions I was running late, past the office closing time. The owner not only waited for me to arrive to accomodate me, but also helped settling down with my luggage and dog. Awesome guy. The room was great, pet friendly, clean and away from ongoing upgrading construction. Can't say Thank you for such opportunity to rest.
