Nice store. Clean and laid out well. Mrs. Bean was especially polite and accommodating in helping me with the return of a backpack. Not a big selection of backpacks though.

My first time being in the store on April 11th and was just browsing at first. I was greeted by a lovely blonde woman that asked if I needed any help. Then when I decided on trying a few shoes on, I was nicely approached by Linda that kindly helped me try on shoes. I felt really bad because I was trying to get the right size Birkenstocks and she kept having to go to the back. However, she was really patient with me and just entirely sweet throughout the process. So I wanted to give a huge shoutout to both Linda and the woman working with her that day. Linda was super sweet and just an overall pleasure to work with.

Stuff in store are mostly high quality. Impressed. But the male staff threw my jacket on the ground while I wen to try on other clothes and left my clothes on the goods shelf. I hold my temper at the moment since I was in a hurry going home for work. I understand staff may get exhausted folding the shirts again and again after people tried and don’t manage to fold them. However, I fold my tried clothes, also, no one has the right to throw anyone’s clothes on the ground without asking whose belonging it is. Genuinely hope this would never happen again.

The lady that served us was terrific. But you would think after 4 months you would have more stock and the fact that you can't have the store order something in for you is just not acceptable. Seniors that don't have a computer are out of luck if the size and colour they want are not in the store. This is not a good way of doing business.

My wife and I visited the Kingston store for the first time in April 2023. The layout of the men's and womens' sections was well done and all products were easy to view and pick up. Immaculate new change rooms. The staff were most helpfull. Product quality was tops. I could have bought somethng from each of the menswear sections and I am an XXL guy. Dropped a lot of coin there today and we are looking forward to looking good this Spring and Summer.

Third time I’ve been in with the kids looking for jackets for them and the staff just scatter once they see anyone come in. Literally hiding and it baffles me. I wanted to spend money today. But we all walked out empty handed because we foulest find what we came for.

As far as the store goes it’s mint. Great stuff in there or high quality. I’ve been waiting for years to have a chance to go to LLBean for their fly fishing rods and apparel, was a bucket list experience for me. Getting a new LLBean in Kingston was very exciting, but there is not a single hunting or fishing item in the store. Super super disappointing. The store layout and in stock clothing options for everyday items is terrific though.
