I went to one of the events from lykopis and it was great, the staff is very knowledgeable about archery, they are really good for teaching new people and introducing the basics of archery it was very fun, I would definitely do it again.

Archery as done at Lykopis strengthens body, mind, and the imagination.
Out of the swirl of one’s week, the class
gives you time to focus, move slowly to move better,and connect with the millennia of this ancient art.
Bruno is a patient and perceptive teacher. He helps us improve, in a thoughtful and gentle way.

Absolutely amazing experience learning a different style of Archery (Thumb Draw) looking forward to another session next time I'm in Vancouver. The knowledge of technique and body mechanics was awe inspiring and humbling. I look forward to learning more

I'm glad we chose Lykopis to try archery to celebrate our friends' birthdays. We were beginners signed up for a 1.5 hours session. Lou was exceptionally knowledgable, patient, humorous, and helpful. We enjoyed her teaching and presence a lot. Meeting Patricia solidifies that this is a place that's build on passion and a thirst for knowledge. When you step through the doors, you begin to forget the world outside, this place has its own customs and language -everything about archery.

Shoutout to Team Lykopis Archery! Louise has been our instructor for the Monday night classes for the past two weeks. In that time she’s helped me immensely to improve my form especially with my swivelling hips. 😉

Five Stars. Rainy Vancouver day and thought an introductory archery class would be educational and fun. Lykopis over delivered. Expected to learn how to shoot, but the cultural and historical knowledge of archery shared by Patricia was truly exceptional. Thank you!

I do not recommend this to anyone who wants to learn archery.....
first of all THEY MADE US CLEAN!!!
YOU PAY 180 DOLLARS TO CLEAN FOR THEM!!
second of all, VERY SMALL SHOOTING RANGE AND LIMITED BOWS
we would literally have to take turns......
This is just my experience not trying to shame the program but again this was just my experience..

Its great for people who like to make friends and the kids there were very nice.

from my experience all the instructors did was make me watch 3 youtube videos online on my first day and then we would have to take turns shooting the arrows....the range was very tiny and since there weren't enough room, they would split us up into two groups and they would make us CLEAN the arrows and clamps....
Again, most of the staffs were friendly BUT was it worth paying $180 to clean their equipment the entire time? Probably not....
