Monika was a lifesaver today! We called ahead because we had forgotten our son's baseball cleats on our way to his game and didn't have time to go back for them. We called ahead and she was able to get two sizes ready for him to try on once we got there. This saved us so much time and was very helpful! I've always had excellent service here but this was above a beyond! Thank you!

Where Derek is there, the experience is amazing. When it's staffed by people that aren't well versed in hockey it's a real struggle trying to find gear for a young child. Assistance finding the right helmet or the right skates is important and having someone knowledgable to answer questions is important. We go to stores like this for the experience, otherwise may as well shop at Canadian Tire

Had a warranty case today for snow pants. Whilst the first help and response was very fast and customer-oriented I found it sad that return was only possible in store-refund. Not directly cash or back to credit card what I am used to when there ist no 1:1 exchange possible.

Overall the store staff however is super friendly with a good selection cross sport category.

I would put 100+ stars if it allowed me to.

My husband and I took our 6 year old son to get fitted for all new hockey gear for his first season on the ice. We feel so fortunate that Derek was there to help us today. My son is sensitive to sensory issues sometimes and we all know hockey gear isn’t the most comfortable to wear, let alone trying different things on in a store. Derek was quick with his approach, kept everything fun & light, joked around with our son, and he overall made us all feel comfortable. He found us the perfect equipment for our son & honestly went over and above to help us. I don’t think he’ll truly ever know how much we appreciated having him help us today, and we are forever thankful. We will always come back for both of our kids sports needs. Thank you for the experience!
